What is going on? I get that there are problems, but not even sending a reply to the support e-mail?
This is a WEEK after the "SUPPORT BACKLOG IN PROGRESS" news post.

It is true there was some delay in the switch over and lots of mechs are getting injected every day.
On Friday I was told that we had got all caught up on these. So please if you have been charged and still have not received please PM me directly.

Thanks for letting us know we are not being ignored- we were starting to get seriously concerned as more and more people seemed (and still are) having issues.

I know Belphegore and he has been itching to play. Even if I didn't, I'd think giving the people who have been waiting some free stuff is only fair.

There have been some delays stemming from the PGI/IGP split - support seems to be backlogged, so I'd recommend being patient.
It's hard, but just calmly (CALMLY) explain your situation, and just try not to let it bother you.
I was annoyed that I had to wait basically 24 hours to get my clan mechs just because I bought them after 4pm.
I can only imagine how annoying waiting longer can be.

Still, it is shocking to me how I've been made to wait for over 2 weeks (purchase made Sept. 1st!) and had support completely ignore all e-mails for those 2 weeks. Makes me really unsure if I want to ever spend money here again.
I understand technical issues, but a support team that does not respond AT ALL, that's just inexcusable.

As far as i understand it, providing a support team was in the hands of IGP, after splitting off last Month, PGI was basicaly left with a skelleton crew to handle support,
which makes it a bit more understandable.
Its more or less common in the industry, that Publisher handle this kind of work, while the dev studios, well, develope things.
Lets wait what happens till Monday end of day, and dont forget, to calculate in the time zone difference
