I wish it were a "Kill the B33f" weekend. That would be so much more fun! And the reward would be a box of cookies for the cockpit.

Out of 5 games tonight I have seen the same guy (he's not a newbie, pilots an atlas, his name is a kind of bear, plays in BSI, shame I cant name him) suicide rush in 4 of them.

B33F and I were doing just that for the last few hours, protecting a couple Devs by acting as meat shields. Went 8 games with only 1 dev kill... look for the youtube footage on a future B33F video.

Would PGI possibly consider a two way event in the future? There's been several events like this now, where the objective is to kill the devs and the killer gets a reward, but there's really nothing to encourage protecting the devs if they're on your team, which is a real shame due to the team based gameplay MWO offers. Possibly consider something about that in the future, and make a VIP Protect / Kill event down the line, maybe?
