Has someone who bought the Wrath pack between the Loyalty Atlas reward availability window and the New December 16th offer, I am a sad Panda... I really wish I could get that atlas even though I purchased the Wrath pack "with bad timing"... I don't have the budget to invest more $ in videogames for a while

I would contact customer support. They may not be able to do anything, but never hurts to ask and they are generally pretty good about that kind of stuff.

What I don't get is how PGI went from an awesome 1 year reward that had something for everyone at all levels to a blatant cash grab reminiscent of AGP's awful shenanigans.

Also the announcement came out just in time for people to miss the end of January rewards for Resistance and Urban mech.

Bad move PGI and a VERY underwhelming and ungrateful reward...

Can't it just have an optional removable camo for like a buyable camo like phranken....? More money for PGI anyway. I just want that disgusting angel off my mech, and I know many others do too. However, that Atlas head looks badass.

Every camo pattern has to be made specifically for that chassis, and as Hero mechs have unique geometry, they are excessively more difficult to add camos to.

I have asked many times for this very thing, as have many other people, but it has not a big enough "thing" to be a priority for PGI yet.

Welp, custommer support doesn't seem to care much about their customers not getting their loyalty mechs because of bad timing... That or they are really overwhelmed with complaints and issues.

They are in the process of getting a new "boss" in CS, so I would be willing to bet on the latter. Just be patient and keep updating the ticket every couple days to remind them.

I have yet to walk away from any interaction where I was less than 110% happy.
