Honestly, the Invasion Camo is the whole reason I didn't buy Wave 2. It irritated me on my Phoenix mechs (it was boring and drab there, with weird color spreading issues) and the Clan Mech Invasion Camo is in many ways worse as you can't even repaint large swafts of the mechs.

I bought the packs because I wanted the early use and (more importantly) the cbill bonus. But I find I avoid using my Prime variants because I can't make them look awesome.

Given that... I may as well just wait and buy em with cbills or maybe MC when theyre on sale.

I agree with most of that, but I do not buy them for the cbill bonus - Heck, I blow cbills like crazy just because there is nothing currently to do with them otherwise - I bought them for the early access to them and the huge amounts of bonus "stuff" that comes with the packages.

I generally do not use the PRIME variants, other than to help me level the other variants up.

Yes, you'll get duplicates of some hanging / mounted items, but you'll be losing out on 9 colours and up to 15 camo unlocks. (and the same number of, admittedly different cockpit items).
That's losing out on a potential 27750MCs worth of stuff you paid for. That's over a $100 package of MC.
For 5000ishMCs worth of duplicate cockpit items.

Just seems like a bad value choice to me.

Camo unlocks won't work on the Prime (I) Invasion variants, because of custom geometry anyway. The concept art on the pre-order page looked really nice with those faction paint jobs on each mech, but then we got the ugly Invasion paint schemes again that have only 2 colors that can be changed.

You'll never be able to make your Prime mechs look like the pictures at the top of the page!

Anyway, the real question is.... Dec 16th is soon, any word on when we will get to choose said content?? hhmmmm??

Unless the Prime CT has something special about it (such as an additional hardpoint), there is no reason to do that. I very rarely use the Prime variant after I have them mastered just because I dislike the Invasion camo so much. The Timber Prime is probably the only one I will ever buy a non-Invasion version of, for example.

I would love to know about the content choices too...

I was wondering if any one else had received their premium time from their respective packs like Man-O-War? Was under the impression it would be the kind of thing you'd have received by now. Or are they waiting until the 16th of December?

Since the faq says other content delivered by December 16th, I assume we will get all content on the 16th, I'm still just not sure about when we will get to pick our content
