Well, there's our second ECM Clan 'Mech in the form of the Koshi C-configuration, and they could easily do B or D for the other one along with the Prime. Moveover, it's the speedy light - the Spider to the Kit Fox-Raven. The Ice Ferret strikes me a bigger, better Cicada.

Actually, a third. The Loki Prime comes standard with ECM, BAP, and a Targeting Computer. I am considering the addition of a fast Heavy mech with ECM to be one of the main reasons we are seeing ECM brought back up as a discussion point, as this has rather drastic effects on the game.

Wave 1 had to pay $250 to get the mad dog for free. Wave 2 only has to pay $120 to get the mad Dog for free, Plus all clanner mech variants will be C-bill ready by CW. Not sure what your founder tag is complaining about.

wait? 140 or 120? Russ said AND, whcih means having both would be required, or is this just bad woding atm?

Yes obviously the Mad Dog requires a significant investment and I would have given that away for free as well if I could but there are financial limitations. Thanks to all our supporters.

Can you atleast change it so you can buy any of the wave 1 packs (aka I bought a 4 mech la carte which was ALOT OF $$) and be able to get top teir wave 2 to get the MADDOG? I just think your really selling yourself short not letting people get the maddog unless you already bought the wave 1 max pack. Also MADDOG is the only mech I care about. its alittle messed up I cannot even have a chance to buy it unless I rebuy what 4 of my mechs?

The 'mech will be free in January (as in no paywall).

Unless you want the invasion version with "Different body type" so yes this is messed should be able to buy maddog if I bought any of the first wave IMO. heck I bought a founders and phoenix also... So this seems really a low blow imo

I officially give up on this community, people still screaming to take their money for another money grab. Good thing I left when I did.

New mechs sure but I just wish it was an actual fast light mech for once that could atleast stand toe to toe with the 150kph jenner (I know that aint the clans thing but they still exist), the mist lynx goes 118.8kph, its a pitty the Ice Ferrit is faster, Id prob go for that mech in the long run.

What ya do is learn how to aim normal SRMs.

Jenners have no chance once you get it down pat.

I wonder how PGI will adapt the A-pods in the Hellbringer Prime configuration. Here the infantry doesn't exist.

Maybe only unfit it and place more weapons? Maybe the A-pods will turn into B-pods? More ammunition?

The Hellbringer is going to be interesting. First ECM hero for the prime. Probably going to ditch the A-Pods. And, the armor isn't fixed, so... it could be the new meta.

They will probably skip the A variant, just like they did with other mechs with A pods.

Can we get details in Clan/IS separation?
I hate having all my clan mechs intermingled w my IS mechs.

Will be interesting to see what the predominant mad dog builds will be... my guess is that dual Gauss and 6 X LRM 15 will both be popular, perhaps with the odd dual LBX 20 sprinkled in.

the stock C config will see a lot of use, though i am guessing more ways to optimize that build may emerge.
