I expect it to be almost exactly the same size as the Atlas, and the hitboxes will probably be almost identical too.

Aware of that part. I was hoping they'd give us the Invasion skin for the Primes as an option, and let us apply the faction skins to our non-prime Omnis from Wave 1.

I guess It will actually be the size of the Awesome, but proportioned like the Atlas - likely as tall as the Battlemaster, but a tad slimmer. Forgot it was only 80 tons, lol...

Maybe, it would be even better to get PGI in the thread and let us know what's up, like your questions, plus the ones others have posed, like when can we expect to pick our faction content, when will our preorder premium time come in (not the early-bird 30days, but my Ice Ferret had 7 days, but I did not get that, only the 30 day reward)

I know there are alot of questions on this thread that need answers, but rather than even attempt to shine us on, the Town Hall was about what has been with little of what is to come... Wave 2 Pack Primes will be lettered variants, most likely (I) like the Mad Dog.

Faction content will be available in Dec? (says on wave 2 page).
I would assume then is when you choose.

I think you get your premium time when the Mech is injected, though. (this could be wrong, I'm just going from memory)

It's something like Dec/Jan/Feb when it'll be out for MC/Cbills (I forget which), so it's hardly that long.

It will be released for MC on December16th, when the first of the Wave II mechs is rewarded. Two weeks later for cbills, I believe.

But, to be honest, I think whining about the wait is a horrible attitude. If you want it earlier, support the game just like the rest of us. Otherwise, wait over in the corner and enjoy your free ride.

as always w/this game, if you want it now , you pay for it now.
I wanted in early on closed beta, phoenix project, clan collection, and wave II, and i paid for them, ( i had to beg, borrow, and steal, but i got them) and have no regrets doing so. ( 'cause im a die hard )

Is my Gargoyle Prime (I) going to be forced to wear Jade Falcon emblems even if I'm representing Ghost Bear in CW? Or are we getting the generic yellow and neon green patterns again?

Also, these faction patterns. Do these only work on the non-prime version, and if I want to use it on a prime version, do I have to purchase a non invasion prime again once they become available? Or since those won't be pre-ordered mechs, I'll never be able to use faction patterns on Prime Variants? So only 8 of the 12 mechs can be used with the Faction Patterns?

It says in the description for the clan Faction content for the Gargoyle Package, that you get the choice of 4 clan contents (out of the choice of 4 means you get all of them). ON top of that regarding the patterns "Clan Patterns for the included mechs". This means you get all patterns for all 12 mechs (plus the pattern for the dissapearing parrot "Polly gone" for all these mechs if you order"ed" on time)

I am not quite sure what you mean, so hard to answer. Do you want the package benefits for ala carte purchase? If that is what you mean, the answer is no, as that is the point of purchasing the package over the ala carte mechs. You do receive the monthly bonuses, but not the package bonuses.

Yeah, clan wave 1 had some additional benefits if you purchased the packages instead of alacartes. The warhorns and modules and such. Faction Pack content is similar in that regard it would seem. It just happens to be displayed more prominently than the bonus stuff from the packages in wave 1, probably because it is a lot cooler.

Now if they offered Faction packs as alacarte items themselves...

Perhaps when CW comes out, they'll release a Faction Packs for each clan (maybe even different Wolf, Falcon etc ones representing different units) and each of the Major Inner Sphere houses or prominent units such as the Federated Commonwealth "1st Kathil Uhlans" or the mercenary "Northwind Highlanders."

That way you could color up several different mechs, but I guess you'd still have to purchase camo patterns individually, unless they decide to change that for the packs.

not sure this is correct, if I am assuming correctly, the prime variants are invasion mechs with non changeable camo specs, the clan and polygon camos would only be available on the non-primes. Everywhere I have seen says this:

wierd... I can get different paint patters on my DW prime... However, not all of them. My brother has a cool skeletor looking one on his DW-B, but I couldn't seem to find it for the prime. So I would say Yes & No. Sorry I wish I had a better answer for you. =]

Is your prime an (I)nvasion model?
(I) marked mechs you cannot change the pattern on

DWF-PRIME you can
DWF-PRIME (I) you cannot

Edit: I see you have the pack - but ya never know, some people DO buy multiples of variants
