Excellent Question that I knew would come up quickly.
No at this point with the new Map production process it would not effect the production of Maps or CW, however no I do not believe we could get this done by the same Dec 16th deadline. If there was interest we would need to meet and schedule internally but it would almost certainly need to slip into the new year guessing a date beyond that would be irresponsible at this point.
You don't need to start the production of the mechs now. Just show us some concept arts (like you did with the other packs) and we will buy the pack.
Suggestions for an IS "Counter Strike" Pack:
Zeus + (Lancelot or Grasshopper or Guillotine) + (Clint or Sentinel or Vulcan) + (UrbanMech or Mongoose or Javelin)
You can make polls for the other weight classes. It would be terrific to have such an engagement with the community.

I would enjoy a new Inner Sphere bundle. I like the Clan mechs and the options that come with the Omni pods but I actually find that I play them stock. I customize my IS mechs much more often and have more fun doing it. As for a package I would like to see a couple of my favorites:
JVN-10N Javelin
ENF-4R Enforcer
GHR-5H Grasshopper
CP-10-Z Cyclops
I am not buying the new Clan pack becuase I haven't really even used the ones I have.
Good hunting and keep up the good communication with the community.

But yes, there's also a lot of people who are basically upset that they didn't qualify for something that's a reward for spending money because they didn't spend money but they want it. It will be released for free, and there will be a hero King Crab, so if you want a CBill bonus version, it will be there for you.
I think Bront, you have a nicer view on people than I do.
An awful lot of people have barked on about principles and stuff-but it isn't principles that are driving their diatribe:)
Expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised when you find otherwise:)
One of the ugliest aspects of human nature is vanity....

That said, assuming folks are saying No to the re-release because they want their purchase to feel special is dismissing the fact that that is indeed part of the selling point of anything that is "Limited Edition".
I play a game that has played fast and loose with the LE tag, offering things that were originally marked as LE again much later, or eventually offering things folks thought were only available once eventually to the general populace. In some cases (in game items), most are still LE in that they still cost the real money resource (like MC, but you can earn some of in game), and those that make it to general release still cost that same resource but were exclusive for over a year at least. In the case of costumes, eventually LE costumes have become generally release, but they were always for sale for in game currency that can be earned in unlimited quantities in game (Like CBills), and in the case of characters (mech equivalent), general release ended up being expensive for folks who did not earn it for free, and was needed for a balancing factor. Ultimately, they changed how they described anything exclusive, and now no one expects something they spend money on to not see release again at some point, as part of the evolution of the game, but it had some backlash initially. Ultimately, folks who got something early had something unique for early access, and either got it at a huge in game discount, or had an in game advantage others could not get for a while.
However, in the case here, the LE content folks were promised was simply money for early access, and a unique bonus and paint job that no one else would have access too. All in match functionality was identical (with the exception of the Phoenix Locust, which is actually handicapped more), and at this point all the mechs have been long available though normal means. A rerelease in this case spoils one of the 2 things that were promised. Obviously, early access is no longer an issue, but the unique mech schemes are. Expecting folks to not feel upset that something that was unique to for them is suddenly not as unique and be OK with it is asking a lot, and cheapening that uniqueness means they're less likely to spend money to get something unique later.
tl;dr version - Folks enjoy getting cool stuff and feeling special. Don't be upset just because some folks think their experience will be cheapened if you re-offer something they purchased thinking it was a limited edition.

There are soooo many mechs that people still want to see. You might be able to sell a whole package just based on the Flea and Urbanmech alone.

Well, as it simply cannot include a marauder, that's out of the picture for you.
