Zeus: Max engine of 385 (same stock engine as Victor), making a maximum possible speed of 85.76 kph.
I meant stock, but that works too.

And think of all the left-handed players that want to fire ballistics

yes, but a Zeus with a maxi engine (385xl weighs 22 tons plus 4 ton gyro, 3 ton cockpit) and endo ends up with 5 tons less tonnage to use than a Cyclops with Max engine (400xl weighs 26.5 tons plus 4 ton gyro plus 3 ton cockpit) and endo.
if that 1 ton is gonna ruin the Mist Lynx like some claim, well, 5 tons?!?!?! Just think about the children!
5 tons more weapons and armor, vs 6 kph on a walking barndoor? (BTW; La Malinche already proves you can be big AND agile)

Yeah but the Cyclops is still 90 tons. So at worst its a faster Atlas with less armor.
But the Zeus at best is a worse Victor.

Cyclops, i would love to see the art on this, but it seems underwhelming, at least the stock variants(mini-atlas with tissue-armor, or an uparmor LRM chassis) sure it could be modified into something cool, but it just seems...meh (personal tastes, i do see the potential, just....meh)
Charger, does have some other variants that seem to have potential (i.e. more than 5 small lasers) but its mostly a joke-mech
Zeus, main drawback is alot of its firepower is focused in its arms, but we've seen this with the clans as well and it hasn't been too much of a hiderance. but its an all-rounder, LRMs, Ballistics and Energy. Drop the LRMs in one hand and fill it with SRM, fit a LBX in the other, and you've got yourself a tidy little brawler. Also, the listed unique mech is called Leonidas...how freaking cool is that

But.. it could be XL friendly which would make it a very fun Atlas alternative. One of the variants would also be a good LRM platform if you are into that sort of thing

On paper, with what we know and have right now.
And to all predictive power we have.
On the other hand, remembering that the none of the Phoenix mechs but the Thud and BM were supposed to be worth using either, I at least am going to hold off judgement on those until they are in game and played with.

This is so close how are they going to choose???? I guess you just have to not choose and do both. Or troll all of use and go with the Charger... lol
