Feeling like I'm going to have to poke in. ... I'm now realizing I've played off and on since long before community warfare(far back as 2012) and only just recently got involved with it and that this is only my Second post on the forum ever.

You are a green recruit my friend which is cool with us. You can't use IS mechs in clan community warfare.

We don't have a sign up sheet, just be willing to learn and work with the team and you're in.

For the current meta that most teams play the adder packs the best punch.

The cheetah is the best all around/scout. He is awesome but isn't nearly as good since the speed reduction and the removal of some of his quirks.

Either one is a great buy.

How do I set that up, I have never used it.

Team speak is a free program you can download.

Once you have installed and pulled up the client (it is a separate client as opposed to a website) under connections go to the address:

lucidphoenix.typefrag.com

if you get stuck we can help you tomorrow in game get it set up.

Still watching with intent. I should comment that i'm sitting on a fair few clan mechs. I um... ahem, early adopted a IIC thing or 4... but other than that, sitting on a Stock Adder Prime, Mostly STOCK(a few adjustments) TBR-Prime, stock MDD-Prime. I favor the Tiber Wolf, Mad Dog, (C) Highlander IIC and Adder during CW drops as my chosen four, but I can always adjust a bit.

EDIT: Still sor tof relearning the game a bit so I haven't done anyhting radical with adjustments aside from paintjobs and a few tonnage and ammo adjustments.

Only been playing a week but go back to Merchwarrior EGA back in the early 90s on Genie. Working on getting my stats up now that I have started to figure things out (Tier 4 so far). Got full sets of Marauder, Warhammer, and Catapult (historically was Steiner prior to this game) with heavy elite finished on at least 3 of them. Bought full Clans 1 pack today and will start working those. Probably default to a heavy missile boat, always seem to play ranged dps no matter the genre ������ But willing to go wherever makes sense.

All, although we aren't accepting new wolf pilots into the unit immediately anymore our IS merc unit has no waiting to join.

We encourage all prospective pilots to join our IS unit first to acquire mechbays and if you stay interested in the game and unit we will find a spot in the wolf unit for you eventually.

Star Wolves is actively seeking IS players. We are encouraging all new recruits to join our IS unit immediately to get mech bays and consider a rotation to wolf eventually.

Likewise we are willing to take on dedicated cadets for our wolf unit but there is a month holding time before entry is gained.
