MINI DRILL BREAKER

One alpha takes it straight to 99%. At least it doesn't overheat!

A marauder with 2x LRM 10 and 2 erlarge. Worst part was....

IT HAD AN XL. HOW.

I am baffled how he didn't have the biggest standard engine with that, not saying the build should be used in any way.

My son has a slew of these. He's plays occasionally on his own account, and wanted a Mauler. I made him a pretty basic build with 4 ac5's and 2 large lasers, no ff armor or endo steel because I ran out of money. Saw him playing it a few days later running small lasers, machine guns, and srm6's. Ended up playing a few games on his account to get him enough cash to buy a Marauder, next time I see him playing its got 3 Ac2's and a bunch of flamers. This cycle has repeated several times......

Me too! Then I thought "I'll take a spider with 25,5 tons of weapon tonnage..." (that player has invested 18,5 tons of ammo in his mech, I haven't ever come near that, even in my LRM-boats).

Now i'm actually wondering how long he'd be able to continuously fire those MG's, how many minutes would it take....

doing some quick numbers on the quad MGs with 37000 rounds. an MG, with out quirks/mods, shoots 10 rounds a sec. (0.08 damage/0.80 DPS) so
37000/4=9254 because why chain fire i got 18.5 tons of ammo
9250/10=925 secs
925/60=15.41 minutes of quad firing or a whole Quick Play Match with almost 1/2 minute to spare

i stand buy my original bet that he did not run out of ammo LOL

I almost want to make a troll video where I drop in the build and run around the map constantly firing.... But I don't want to inconvenience 23 other people like that.
