Very smart of you to notice that. Now post the same in every thread where one thing or the other is called "OP" please.

5 of the "most OP" clan mechs in the game got 2 kills and did not finish 1-5 in top damage, while a treb and locust got 7 kills and put up 1500-1600 damage between the 2?

But those are supposed to be "I win" buttons according to the terribads that play with a steering wheel and the guys who do not own them????

To hear the forums, you would think you buy a TW and it pilots itself for you while you grab a beer and a sandwich and you automagically finish with 5-7 kills and 800-1200 damage and survive the match at 90%+ armor.

So uhhh...no.

It is 6:3. Go home if you can't tell Clan and IS mechs apart.

It is truly amazing that the top 2 damage dealers on the winning team are both IS mechs; and a treb and locust to boot.

But, also please take notice of the fact that the winning team had 6 clan mechs - 3 Whales, 2 TimberWolves. while the losing team had only 3 clan mechs. Also, the Assault lineup was 3 Dires and a Misery (on the winning team) against 2 Trial Atlas, Atlas RS and a Whale. If I was on the losing team at startup I would predict this exact outcome.

But, its still awesome to see a Locust and Treb with that much damage. I love underdogs.

Just because you or I have good matches in sub optimal mechs does not make them generally good. It means the pilot is good. Many of my favorite and best mechs are terrible. When I see them in a match driven by someone else I am not threatened by them.

I've been doing better in the summoner I bought than in the Dire Whale I bought.

Guess a lot of it has to do with some mechs fitting certain playstyles better.

Very nice results, but it's easy to do in a Locust. If you want to impress, you should try a hard mech to do well with like a Timber Wolf.

ikr?

Locust is way too easy to play. Does too much damage too quickly, needs a solid nerf. Timber Wolves on the other hand... Them things are just plain useless. Can't do jack diddly with em! They need a major buff, and fast, or else the competitive crowd will just leave them behind...

I have an idea. Stop Nerfing.

I often loose to Clan Mechs. 90% of the time. I say clan mechs are OP. Now can we end this stupidity and work on expanding the game and stop trying to make everyone miserable.

I'd say OP is quite the fisherman.
