I played as a Jade Falcon in MW2 on the PlayStation and joined JF back in MW3 when the team was part of the Star League . We moved to MW4 and the Vengeance League where we evolved into a top-10 team. I quickly wound up passing a Trial of Bloodright to earn the Helmer name and was promoted to Galaxy Commander, taking over as Khan after our leadership stepped down to start a new team. I CANNOT WAIT to step back into the cockpit with everyone. And to ravage the freebirth from Ironhold to Terra and back again.

OOC: I remember this asian kid, Tae Un Oh, giving me discs which contained Mechwarrior 1. I loved it. Still, I hadn't made the connection between this game and the tabletop game my friend tried to get me to play. He left the table top set at my place and a long time later I'd realize how I missed out on a golden opportunity instead of messing around with girls :\

Still, MW2 and MW3 were games I also played, and loved, without realizing there was an online forum for me to play in. It wasn't until MW4 that I found the Zone, was recruited by Clan Diamond Shark (Khan at the time was Thoman) and fell in love. I played 1st person for a long time before someone noticed in a video I made that I wasn't playing 3rd person. I laugh about it now, but I was a pretty good mech pilot even without 3rd person.

I love my clan. I live for my clan. I will one day die for my clan. Diamond Sharks forever.

History: I am the founder of the MechWarrior 2: Registry (http://mechreg.com/). It morphed and changed over time, and was improved upon as it went, but I am the one that moved it from a list of zip codes and email addresses to an organized Ladder system. I helped run it for a number of years with the rest of the High Council before stepping down in mid 1997.

I started with Team Banzai, run by Nafers in its original inception, and switched over to Clan Black Sheep in late 1995 when Team Banzai broke up; right before we opened the doors to the MW2:Registry. Under the management of Khan Ford Prefect, I moved up the ranks, earning the bloodname Zima (it was a "thing" at the time, just let it go), the titles of LoreMaster and BrewMaster, and eventually earned the rank of Galaxy Commander.

I am responsible for the mess found at the mechreg.com website, the ClanBlackSheep.net website, and I created the pages for (http://tkz.net/netmech/)

Why am I back? Lets see, hanging out with friends from 17 years ago, reliving the days of my youth, and getting to show the world just what it means to be a Sheeper, and hopefully bringing some of you over to the cause is more than reason enough.
