Yes.
If you bought MC anytime this year, you get that for free on the next official patch day (10/21).
If you got ANY sort of pack from PGI, you get it. It sounds like you will get it.
Founder package not required. Top tier package assumes Legendary Founders, Overlord Pack, Masakari Pack, or Man O'War pack.
It looks like you have the Masakari pack from your forum pic, so you should be getting that.
Thx man! I just worried

This is bunk - it really should apply to ALL applicable mechs regardless of when the package is upgraded.

This is an OK angel:
This does not scream in a weird way: "You supported this game with your money, we see you as an angel from heaven".
Maybe I'm just too sensitive about religious symbols in a entertainment product. Or you can read between lines and see that I want BOOBS painted on my mech!

Well as an atheist Battletech Sci-Fi fan I also do not see how this in any way honours my ongoing support for this game. Also I do agree that religious or real live nation/politics themed paint scemes are highly dangerous things that should be kept out of this game or at a minimum level.
I also would like a Beer, Battletech and Boobies styled mech paint job a lot more.
I think when it comes down to it, I still can only repeat to ask for camo options on all mechs. With a wide range of players it is futile to try to please them all with one and the same camo skin.

Buying MC gets you the Cent. You can preorder the Clan Wave 2 pack, if you desparately want the Atlas for $30, or you can just get the version that will also be available when they're released.

1. CN9-AH, not sure...it like MC?
2. AS7-S, Yes I order Phoenix and Clan Invasion Wave1. require Founder? ( I don't have money becuz paybill everything and I miss it)
3. King *holy mothe***** crab, Yes I order Top Tier Package but require Founder package?
Not exactly.
1) Cent requires an MC purchase. Founders works for this as well, but any MC purchase will do (if you haven't and you want it, spend $7 and treat yourself to 4 mech bays)
2) Atlas requires any 1 preorder pack. You qualify it sounds like.
3) King Crab requires any 1 top teir package (either Overlord, Masakari, Gargoyle, or Legendary Founder, or possibly the new IS one to be announced in December). if you got one of those (it sounds like you did), you qualify for that.

Your assumption seems a little aloof.
Now it's very possible it might allow columns of 4 but given the odd shape I made the assumption the 'one' is all by its lonesome up there. This is what I'm picturing with a nod to PGI trends, for the Centurion CN9-A.
2 launchers that could go up to 20. A third that might at best go up to 6.
It also has the visual space underneath the main launcher for the second one.
If we assume columns of 4 tubes, with up to 5 columns that's 4x5 = 20 tubes.
Lots of space (notice the horizontal arrangement?) for a second wide-birth assortment. Now if the setup was more vertical, then we'd have two vertical sets. But they appear to have chosen horizontal arrangements. (Vertical launchers are not 'spread' friendly and are very bad for LRMs, which are more likely to hit 'hills' so doing horizontal launchers makes sense in terms of the game mechanics -- this was why I was so pissed about the Warhawk's vertical launcher).
If the tube limit is 10, the X is where the other slot goes. The A probably would have a 3rd X.

Consider this... There are 6 tubes there, and NOT enough space for 10 tubes if the X is a SEPARATE module.
This also isn't the case on most other mechs. The default has an X for the frame.
Take notice here.
On the left, we have a Treb with a small Streak-2 LT, nothing RT, SRM-4 LA.
On the right we have the same treb with 2 LRM-20s, and an SRM-6 LA.
Yes, on the LT the amount of tubes expanded, but simply because PGI views the Trebuchet as an LRM mech that should be able to run an LRM-20 at any space possible.
Also note the RT's LRM-20 consumed the entire space allotted.
Now look at the LA. The box is closed below the 4 tubes. On the SRM-6, the box is simply opened a bit more.
For most of the 'newer' models, there are two trends.
1) If the object is inside of the mech, it simply expands further to fill the space allotted. The RT being the example here.
2) If the object is a growth, it simply 'replaces' the entire works. The Griffin is a prime example of this. Also note the Trebuchet LT is a 'growth', it extrudes from the body and is replaced with a larger version.
In all of the newest visual customization trends, any spot that can be changed with objects will have a very basic shading/coloring.
The space is perfect for a second one of those to be placed horizontally. You can, in fact, fit two horizontal LRM-20s side by side in the 5x4 nature.
While preferred, It makes no sense to do a vertically expanding launcher setup because if they did, they could have kept the missile doors. Furthermore, the expansion boxes would be going downward, vertically below the 6 tubes (as the default is meant to be 10 tubes), with a second one sitting next to it.
I should also note that this may be the paint for the AH, but that is NOT the AH on display. That is likely the Centurion CN9-D (2 spaces for ballistics) or the A without using its missile slots.
The AH has no energy slots.
We'll see it on the 21st. But I'm telling you, I'm quite certain PGI will have horizontal launchers, stacked on top of each other. The A will likely have the third as a growth on the shoulder, akin to the Griffin 3M.

I would be fine with a Gothic Angel or some kind of Angel of Death motif, but I'm happy they didn't go with some $luty Heavy Metal boob-fest thing like the image you linked.
Why? Because the game industry is already filled with big chested scantily clad vixens fulfilling the fantasies of teenage boys (or your inner teenage boy if you're older). It took me a while to convince my lady friends to check out MWO since it's typically not the kind of game they play, now imagine if I started running around with that crap on my 'mech.

Edit: Heck, if they did it right, they could easily provide the mech with 5 rows of 4 missiles for the 2 LRM 10 slots, where the slots intertwine in the middle. Sadly, I doubt that will happen.
But there are 10 tubes there. 4 are covered up by the CT at that angle.

I am frequently exposed to the religious fundamentalism going on in the united states through friends, and the amount of discrimination people who label themselves atheists (which I guess is something I can label myself, as I have never been superstitious or followed religious doctrine), and live in a country (denmark) where religion is a fringe thing.
To me, this angel thing isn't any more religious than any other comical drawing. Angels like the one depicted are not what is described in the bible (but, of course, most biblethumpers never read the bible, heh). And well, even if it were, it's not different in my mind to depicting a goblin, a unicorn, a devil or a dragon. All of these are mythological creatures. Cartoons of them don't make them real or even connected to the mass-delusions of organised religion.
Also I am more into a tasteful depiction of such instead of a ******, scantily clad parody. There's too much of such ridiculousness in the gameworld.
