How long till Murphy's Law can get its name back? We have been waiting fairly patiently, but this is getting into the area of BS.It should not take this long to have fixed, or worked around with DocBach.

Would be nice if things got fixed ASAP, but at this rate, I've lost hope.

If Soon™ means next year.... I'm pretty sure coal is in PGI's future.

I presume they are one of the units who preregistered their name, had errors upon unit creation when the feature went live, and now cannot use their actual unit name in the unit system.

It was said tools to allow the CSRs to fix this would happen "soon" but that was several weeks ago.

I don't think 3 CSR can keep up with incoming tickets + backlog to be honest.

It does not seem so, but keep in mind they are starting BRAND NEW JOBS and were immediately thrown in the deep end, starting with a big new clan pack which always has a thousand payment issues. I expect they will get better given time.

Of course. There are many more improvements that can be made. ^_^

We've been told a couple times that the fix would be coming soon, since the initial phase 1 of community warfare hit. I know there's a couple of other groups in the same boat that have been told that the tools to fix the problem aren't implemented it yet.

Honestly, its killing the morale towards MWO for our few remaining members who still play MWO or are planning on returning to the game.

You can sense the severity and gravity of the situation when the ever-positive Joe gets pissed off!

I absolutely agree, the promised "tools" or "fix" is way late. I do empathize with the support crew who are probably feeling in over their heads as well.

All the employees in PGI are working on CW. See, its a bottleneck.

And thats not a joke; everything seems to be getting that answer lately

we've got sixty or so players who play other games, maybe a dozen or so who still play MWO -- though usually you'll see at most a lance in play at a time. Might be more who would play again when CW comes or to try changes, but a lot are completely and totally anti-MWO after the last couple years to the point where you can't even bring the game up without starting a large drawn out argument. Nowhere near the multiple full dropships we use to have, for sure. We had more than 200 members at one point, most were pretty active.

Yeah it's a weird situation.

They have assured us that it will be fixed "By Community Warfare."

It's just a tag, right now, so it's not the biggest of deals, it doesn't prevent us from dropping together, and it doesn't prevent us from anything really but filling the unit coffers.

so it's not that big of a deal. But it's a bit annoying I can't rep my team.

We could make a substitute in the interim, but I kind of don't want to go through the trouble of getting people all set up, maybe throwing money into the pot or whatever to have to redo it when we can get our actual name and tag.

Make a unit, set everything up, and then have support change that unit's name and tag when it becomes possible.

That's still the way changing pilot name is handled, right?

I'm sure you've complained loudly enough that they recognize you've called dibs on the correct unit name and tag.

There shouldn't be a need to re-do anything.
