Torn between hoping for either an AC/10-alike of Daniel's 4R OR 3025 tech version of one of the Enforcer III builds.

No.

Must totally be twelve small pulse lasers. And the variant must be called the Partyforcer.

I thought this would be the WubForcer? The PartyForcer would be the one with 12 TAGs. And the mandatory disco ball in the cockpit.

No.

He did not mean the WubForcer.

He meant what he said and said what he meant.

It goes as fast as a Trenchbucket without the gorilla arms but seems about as slim as the Vindi torso wise (hopefully without the CT issue). Really it is a heavier Vindicator 1X without the missiles and a higher max engine limit.

The main build I see people trying at first is AC10/ERPPC with JJs or Gauss and some lasers.

I don't think that's accurate in terms of the engine. The primary variant listed has the same stock engine as the Hunchback and Centurion (so, it will inevitably have a 275 engine cap based on those mechs). The second variant is as fast a Trebuchet, so it may have some potential there.

Bacon themed Enforcer Hero mech please.

Damn i need some bacon.

On Deathlike's point though ... without significant quirks most mechs start looking the same.

What is needed is more details and an idea of roles.

What is it in lore supposed to do?

From Sarna:

Most of that makes no sense because customization makes any of those things less special.

Seems to me it is like a hunchback a little, its got a big AC in an arm, is slowish, city fighter .... but it has JJs.

So its more comparible to a Shadowhawk but has a Ballistic arm for different aiming? ok thats something.

It is a jack of all trades mech which is its problem in that is has no exact role to fit into ... hit boxes may be sink or swim for it.

All i can see is a jumping mech with a ballistics arm as its core feature which i guess makes it different enough unless i am missing a jumping medium with an AC arm already?

Well, it's distinct compared to other 50 tonners, but not for mediums. The Wolverine-6R (55t) has a gun arm and so does the Vindicator-1X (45t) and both have JJs (Centurions don't apply here). I know the BJs have the ballistic arms for the most part, but the mechs I've mentioned have arm actuators... which this mech does have (I've just looked it up). This implies arm articulation AND low slung arms.

That's about it. The Wolverine-6R is pretty bad unfortunately... and I don't even know how to put a positive spin on the ballistic oriented Vindicator.

I suspect that it might be a missile variant, for variety's sake.

Third variant should have 3-4 Ballistic in one arm, 3-4 Energy in the other.
Multi-MGs and -SLs so you can troll people. :P

That's mainly because it can't mount any energy outside of something that is one slot. It is primarily ballistics and missiles.
The Vindicator 1X suffers from lack of tonnage or other energy hardpoints to really do anything which the Enforcer is a step up in that regard at least.

Well, the "best loadout" (at least for me) for the 6K is probably still pretty bad... and rather pricey... :(

I'm not sure that's setting the bar when the Vindicator is generally not fielded (as far as I can tell).

There is hope for the Enforcer... but let's just pray for perfect scaling and hitboxes first.

Well that's why, you can't do much with it as far as ballistics go. If the Enforcer can run 4 ML/Gauss or AC10/ERPPC (both will be able to run this) I think it might be alright.

At this point, you could just use a BJ (BJ-1) that does this job and then some, with an XL engine to boot.

That's what makes this a tough proposition.

Jumping 50-tonner AC10/ERPPC could be interesting. Enforcers don't usually have a lot of extra crit slot stuff so you could probably fit endo and ferro, up-armor it. Maybe fit a MPL or Large Laser in the LT if you're willing to go XL/hitboxes aren't that bad?

AC10+ERPPC+LL+JJs...

Edit: But in the end it doesn't matter much if it overlaps a bit with some other mechs (there's SO MANY mechs already, we would eventually get to that point anyway) because it's an ENFORCER! The thing is iconic.

I'm not expecting this to compete with the BJ-1 unless it has a Spider like profile compared to the other mediums, especially given that the BJ-1 can do AC20 and lasers; but at least this will be a better option than the poor Vindi/Wolverine.

I do wonder what they will give the Wolverine 6K in quirks though, that thing is really bad even compared to the other Wolverines (7K was almost fun as the Griffin 1N).

It was pretty much my go to mech in TT Medium Class for 2 decades.

So I could give 2 drizzly squirts if it's special to anyone else. I'm excited! ;)

Fixed for poetic flow.

I your honest opinion, is it better to have here in mwo a 50 tonner with 64kph (and loooow engine cap) OR should it be better to have a 40 tonner with 118kph as standard ??

Yeah. I shoot a Blackjack, it's just another Mech. I shoot an Enforcer, it's shooting a symbol of Davion Tyranny. Yay. :P <-- please note smiley.
