But yes they do seem to add a lot of fresh new interactivity to the ongoing game as you qualify for rewards - a good point to build from
Russ I think for the most part people are seeing that losses net significantly lower c-bills than before, while GREAT games net a bit more, but not by much.
I REALLY like what kind of gameplay the bonuses promote though.

I think you may be seeing lights have a pretty sizable increase in cbill earnings, which isnt a bad thing, more incentive to pilot them is great.
Mediums...maybe actually seeing a decline, im not sure how heavies and assaults are panning out, but from the anecdotes, seems like about the same.

Truthfully, leave it that way until you get CW in place. Then adjust it if necessary. Bad time to pull back.

For example, assists now reward less so those players who just tried to brush a laser against every enemy mech to accumulate assists are going to make alot less.
Unfortunately I have a bad feeling some players are going to get royally screwed even when they were doing it right in the first place.

So far this seems like a great patch and I am loving it! Great job!

If you don't mind the question: How much is "Too High" and "A lot"? Cuz before this patch, it's pretty hard to make money right now averaging about 100k on wins while using modules fairly frequently...

2 high? I can see pilots that have mastered their mechs and using the narc and tags raking it all in, but just staying with your lance and supporting heavies and assaults and brawling is not giving much in C-bills right now, Or so it seems :-( I am loving my new storm crow and loving the way you guys have set this up, just feels really light on the C-bill and XP side.

There's so many rewards in there I had to take three more screenshots just to show them all:

I think it's safe to say that the new reward system doesn't fall through even on losses

Shadowhawk, skirmish
0 kills 4 assists, 519 damage, 33k cbills payout and 83 xp.
If you get rolled now...man you really make alot less.
Im a notoriously bad medium mech pilot however.
Going to try out my Wubshee.

Yeah.... Mediums is all I am playing right now, all I can afford to play atm, and its gonna be hard to get the other crows even 45% if it keeps going like this. I have my kitfox mastered, but I need to grind out my XP on the new crow so no go with trying my light right now. It does seem like mediums are taking a pretty decent hit to me....

That doesn't look to shabby at all...... about the norm I guess. I have had around the same and only seeing 85,000 cbills....

And my 6-12, 113k CB, 861 XP defeat above kind of disagrees that you necessarily make "a lot less".
Of course, if you get rolled you don't have time to do anything to get any reward - which makes sense. Don't get rolled

I agree with this 100%, and feel we need a boost in C-bills per game and xp from what we was getting.... It will help everyone, the haves and the have nots. It will help newer and less experienced pilots wanna stay, and make them want to blow hard earned cash if they have the mechs in there bays to blow it on. It will also help mech bay sales, color sales....camo sales.... just win win all the way around.

Yes Russ we know, you always feel we are getting too much hehe. Of course when it costs 15 million C-bills to outfit one mech with modules or facing the fact that it would take several BILLION C-bills to collect and outfit even half of the mechs currently in the game it sure doesn't feel like we are earning even close to enough.
I am picking on you a bit Russ but I do seriously have to say, loosen up the purse strings a bit because honestly I thought things were on the money (pun intended) where we at right before 12 vs 12 when I think it was you who made the infamous remake about how you felt we were making to much. That amount actually made me feel like I was progressing at a comfortable pace.

Victory (12-4 stomp):
1 kill, 9 assists, roughly 280 damage
166k Cbills 1019 XP
Loss (12-4 stomp)
0 kills, 4 assists, around 100 damage
About 50k Cbills and 300 XP

Cadet bonus aside, I don't think they will fair well at all. From what I'm seeing, the grind just got worse for new players.
The rewards are great for those of us that understand the reward system, but for a new player they are much more complicated.

* It's fun to see rewards of all kinds pop up on the HUD.
* It's great to be rewarded for being scouty and sneaky when driving a light
* It works out to about the same rewards per match as pre-patch.
Which was their goal yes?
