Please.... I will pay money to play in a veteran server.

Please PGI no more tournaments until a veteran server is created.

The prizes are great, but the quality of gaming falls through the floor every weekend this happens. It makes the game almost unplayable when every kid and their dog comes to play. The plethora of 12-1 wins and 12-1 losses that result from the still completely broken matchmaker are enough to drive a veteran player mad.

If you're such a 'veteran' you should have no problem mopping up the scrubs that come out to ruin your game & ensuring your place @ the top of the leaderboards.

Everyone and I mean almost everyone (not OP) loved this weekend, it was so much fun.

Ill say it again include something like this for Faction Warfare, after battle see what goodies you picked up.

Just think, a few months ago there was just sales and the occasional tournament. Now there is sales and items that you have to earn.

I agree that the game play changes on the weekend. More so now than what it did before.

I am not so sure that a veterans only area would be better. There will still be the jerks that we all group TK in a match after recognizing his name love in there also.

I understand what your saying but really it's just not logical. The player base just couldn't support it.

Don't get me wrong I love the tourneys as well, i think maybe it just highlights the serious failing of matchmaker. But then again maybe its me.

My stats are just fine, even in this messed up weekend. i don't really care about stats, I just want good games and they become even harder to find on weekends like this.

In most cases your right but with this tourney the prizes were pretty easy to get so most people just played normally and won. Nothing at all wrong with this.

See this is why feedback is good. I am glad that matches have been normal for everyone else. It does happen, must be my luck that most every game I have been in (well over a hundred) have been blowouts and/or just clusterfracks . Would love to see some game score numbers from PGI. In thinking about this more, it seems that my beef was probably more with the serious problems of matchmaker, which are brought to the forefront when we get an influx of players.

Again all this is just my opinion and I am not trying to offend anyone.

Sure would love to see veteran servers though... like I said I would pay to play with pilots who took the game (just a wee bit) more seriously because when the caliber of players is better, you start to see what an absolutely incredible game this is.

I feel you RTD, I give up, every match I have been in has been the same walk over. Game starts, I ask my lance to stay together, they run off individually and get chopped up one my one, then I get massed by 6 opposing Mechs who eat an Atlas up in 10 seconds flat.

You honestly can't expect much in the solo queue... if you're playing there.

On the other hand, you need to "do your part" regardless of what queue you play in. If you do your part, then you will get the rewards. It's really that simple.

Also, anyone that's hating on the tourney (outside of being stingy on some of the rewards).. mecha jesus is shaking its head.

It's not the scrub players causing the issue so much as the other group that has the knowledge and skills to really screw up your game, even when you are on their team, to ensure they meet the goals of the tournament. They play for one result and the rest of the game be damned.

There must be a common factor in all the games that you drop in. You know those games you drop in... what would they all have in common? Unlikely the the same player would drop in all the games you drop in... well except for you.... wait a minute.

Enticing more people to play is a good thing, go play in the group queue if you think the matches are so bad.

I have been seeing a lot of really close good matches this weekend (along with the stomps of course).
