From the patch notes I noticed that IS medium lasers and other weapons had fire duration decreases while some weapons received damage increases. If the goal was to increase time to kill - these changes seem to offer the exact opposite effect.

Also, I cannot figure out why BAP was increased so much from 150m to 360m. I could see 180m - so it has the same effective range as the ECM counter-mode...

Well, the ML is still at 4 heat, so PGI isn't addressing that particular issue. 200% heat SLs for reasons.

Slunchback reasons.

TTK has been gone for a long time and is not coming back. These changes weren't made with it in mind.
