I won't be getting a Warhammer. They are not my ideal Inner Sphere Heavy. I'm pretty much set with using a Dragon.

WAIT,WHAT!?

If I could buy ALL of the Unseen, I think $2,$3,$4, or $5 a pop would be fair, but if we're talking about ONLY the Warhammer, i would probably pay $11-$15. However, if there were something more important/better (in my opinion) I could buy, the Orion or BattleMaster, for example, I would probably go for those instead.

I wouldn't pay more than 15 bucks for a Warhammer, but to have the unseen be in the game, I would pay just about anything.

Drop teh 6 pack, MGs and small lasers add sinks and armor... Then the hammer becomes a war machine! Never liked the Tbolt aesthetically, and loved the Crusader's look but not its heat curve.

Ick, the stripped-Hammer..far too undergunned for my liking. I'll give you the Tbolt is odd looking, but it's difficult to argue with how effective that thing is. Crusader is definitely a balancing act of heat management, but I generally rip out the machine guns and slap another pair of heatsinks in there.

How are these still "unseen"? I have Marauder, Warhammer, Battlemaster, and Thunderbolt minis for the TT game, and I think there would be a bigger IP issue with that than this game...

If it was 15 bucks or under I would consider it, over that price, I dunno.

I came into Mechwarrior from the computer games, so the Unseen aren't part of my BT-heritage. This means they aren't some big nostalgia factor I'd be willing to shell out piles of money for. I'm also strongly against Pay-to-Win in basically any form, so I really don't like the idea of chassis that are only available for real cash.

At the same time, I understand that the Unseen are very important to many players, and these wouldn't be some sort of exclusive "premium" mechs that stood head-and-shoulders above anything the F2P crowd had access to, but rather, the only means to a desirable end.

As such, I wouldn't be offended if the Unseens were cash-only mechs due to some sort of royalty concern, although I still wouldn't buy one myself.

As an aside; what if they could be sold primarily for C-Bills with a small cash fee to cover the royalties?

I really only consider it pay to win if the chassis offers you a competitive advantage, though I understand your point. The unseen do have a nostalgic factor for me and I would love to have them in the game, but really you don't see your mech during combat so it's not that important to me. I would consider it for $15 or less, but I don't know if I would actually buy it.

Whoa, what's with the poll options?! I would hate to see ANY mech in this game sold for more than a few bucks. I shudder to think how ridiculously expensive this game would become if you paid $45+ a pop. Totally not going to happen.

1st: IF there are Mechs to be sold for cash, i think the most realistic price would be between 20 - 30 $... everything higher (especially more than 40) would be pure greed by the devs, and everything below that (specially 1-10) would be a selfish thought by the customer B)

2nd I honestly don´t think, they should sell Mechs EXCLUSIVELY for cash, there should be a way (wouldn´t mind if a hard one) to get them via ingame too.

But hell yea, if it´s the only way they could bring the Whammi, i´d pay maybe 20 or 25 bucks for it. depends on how awesome it looks :(
oh and for all those who might be concerned about "l33t mechs for cash"

the Warhammer is not even an especially good heavy mech...it´s just cool :D

I'd pay to support the unseen appearing I the game but it's already been said by the des that there isn't a problem and the will be available. That being said I'd pay 10 bucks for an Archer or a War hammer.

The development team has stated that there is no legal issue with the Unseen. It's not even an issue anymore. Yes, we will all have our pants blown off when the first one pops up.

GET OVER IT! THE UNSEEN WILL BE SEEN!

The Warhammer is a bit meh for me. Give me the Rifleman or Marauder. Now.

I'd take the Warhammer in a heart beat, though the Marauder comes in at a close second.

The only way I'd take a P-Hawk is if it could transform into jet mode and back.

I really really want a warhammer and if there is a way to have I'd be happy to pay a little for it but if it can't be done it can't be done. I still hold out hope though =)
