Personally, it's Tier 3, but I'd say the general playerbase will go for Tier 4 for the Ice Ferret. Limited options in turn produces limited builds and in turn makes the LabWarrior unhappy.

If you're using it for what it is, it'll be fine. If you're trying to find "something awesome", you might as well choose the Awesome instead (I've heard a bit about the lol quirks it got).
