If I press "reset" does that zero all my stats?
I'm a stat monkey and simply can't risk not knowing how much I sucked a year ago.

It doesn't reset any stats, it just resets the filter buttons, and the filter inputs, so everything will display again. :)

Regarding your other post, I sent a PM shortly after I started with the easiest way to incorporate a sorting table, but haven't heard back. No worries though.

i pressed reset and it worked but i think 'owned' and 'unowned' are reversed so maybe that's what's confusing me - i turn off 'owned' and it shows all the mechs i own without the extra prime variants

That does sound like odd behavior, and I can't easily explain it. Perhaps the filters got confused from too many clicks in a short time. Have you refreshed? Did you click Profile > Update?

No problemo. It shouldn't be necessary once I finish this latest version. Made a lot of progress today. :)

Unfortunately that's not going to be possible unless they report that info on the website themselves.

It's always best to be on the safe side with browser extensions because they can have access to everything going through the browser. In the case of crossrider, they kind of got screwed because people used their system to make malware and now everyone who uses the framework has to deal with false positives. Usually they show up as PUPs. (Potentially unwanted program, like a toolbar installing as part of some other installer.)

All the code that is isn't from crossrider or the tablesorter plugin is in javascript files that can be read in any text editor. It is basically an empty crossrider extension with a bunch of custom jquery code that only executes on mwomercs.com. (Currently I do have it using minified .js files from the tablesorter release code to improve loading times, but all that code is freely available in a more readible format via github.)

Sorry for the lack of an update, not as much time for this lately. There are bug fixes completed, but I found one that wasn't easily fixed and I haven't been able to work on it much since.

On the bright side, the weapon filter buttons are pretty stable and the other minor issues appear resolved.

Finally released an update.

I hope changing the menu doesn't bug too many people. I do anticipate another change soon though because I can't justify a red ass icon in the middle of the page any longer than I have to. I'm only leaving it red now because the change might be hard to notice and remember at first. I'm at least going to change it's color in a week. (There should be some other minor improvements elsewhere at that point too.)

Anyone feel like donating an icon to go there instead? (32x32px and #b27204 preferred)
If I do it, it's just going to be as lame as it is now, but in the right color. :P

Holy smokes, that was fast. Thanks Sparks, you rock! :)
It's now in the staging extension, lookin all good.

It is less noticeable though. Anyone think I should still leave it red for a while?

Switched the staging version to the white version. I think I might make it into an old school rollover using white as the hover, because I haven't done that in a while.

Thanks again, graphics are my kryptonite. :)

I found something else to fix, the filter bar doesn't always hide properly upon initialization, so there will be another update soon on which to piggyback the icon.

I just went ahead and switched it to Sparks' first icon while fixing the filter bar display bug.

I like the pure orange, it blends its well while still being distinct because of the font

I probably missed something obvious: saw this in another thread, linked to the madstats.cu.cc site directly, downloaded the IE version, said 'Run Anyway' to the security alert, installed, it said "Needs to close your browser", did that, re-opened browser.

Went to MWO forums, profile, various stats pages but no getting or seein the MadStats icon anywhere. Looking at the top bar, I have MWO Game Media Forums Community Support MC Redeem Online (socials) Profile Logout.

If I enter my Profile, Stats, Challenges etc I just get all the normal PGI stuff, no new buttons.

Is there something I am missing for first-time activation? (I checked in Tools, Manage Add-Ons, it says it is there and enabled.)

Thanks.
