All I know is it is, to a point, like a jumping Commando. B-)

Someone who's familiar, engaged and doing well can rack up kills piloting a ham sandwich; one video does not a convincing argument make.

Yeah, I've posted at least two 850+ damage, 3-5 kills games in the Mist Lynx but anyone who pilots good mechs knows a bad mech when they see it.
This is a bad mech, even after being elited.

And, yes. I am a bit of a A-hole.
Wow, you get that in every single drop with a mist lynx? Clan is so OP! That explains why I see SOOOOO many FS9-A's! EXAMPLE TIEM!
Please review and notice that it is not the "First Win of the Day" either. So in comparison with this evidence, FS9-A's are clearly better than the "Missed Links."
Or... it is possible that pilots can do decent in any mech given to them and occasionally get a great game... and then there's the mechs that are clearly so overpowered that in the hands of a good pilot, one doesn't have to even try.
*note. I'm an A-hole, too*

Cons:
All weapons in arms. . . You lost both your arms, you are useless.
Many death weight: fixed active probe in head, fixed jump jets.
Not so quick like IS lights. ( maybe it will change with speed tweak )
Also quirks on it is just funny. . . .
Only little pros I can see is Clan XL "no blowing engine". But you also never have anything in your torsos, you first loose your arms, if not, you doing something wrong, so its not a big deal . . . .
I had a few nice games (more DMG then you great Zelthar wizard ) with it, and its not even masterized, just few from basic skills, and also I had a terrible games.

You might not be able to compare those two, I agree but my Commando really benefits from the 170kph and has decent fire power with the new quirks. I think this comparison backs up the argument that the Lynx is sub-optimal? How does it perform compared to a locust?

Sorry. He is loosing his arms too quickly and he is 25 kph too slow....

Had a 3 kill game earlier today myself. It's still a horrid mech.
