It looks lovely. It looks so nice its kind of luring me away from wanting to play as my beloved CJF. I have so many clan mechs I need to buy for CW, I'm gonna have to put mastering it on the backburner though!

*sigh* if only the DWF & WHK had such nice walking animations.

4:00 what the hell is wrong with walking animation? Looks like the king is drunk.

I always wanted to pilot an ED-209 in MWO. It's like a dream come true :lol: !

Blasting Hunchbacks with lethal force with my 4xAC5s will be just like fighting Mr. Kinney.

Its not going to walk...normal...its got those stubby little legs, ofc its going to hobble along like the ED209...

I have to say that I'm not thrilled with the variants / hardpoints. 10 hardpoints feels a bit excessive and the 000, 000B, and 0000 are all essentially identical. I'm dissapointed that we don't seem to be getting the 010 with an energy hardpoint in both torsos, or the 001 with even more missiles.

That said, this was my face when I first watched the video...

Exactly. He could've just as well gone with flamers and mgs. I understand the clip is supposed to be a commercial but I think we're getting the wrong idea of king crabs capabilities. Also his torsotwisting on the atlas was quite funny - twist only half way and don't even shoot right away when coming out of it. I wonder how king crab fares against a real pilot with a real dw with 5xuac5 or 3xuac5+2xuac10? I guess we'll have to wait and see for the release to see that...

You can easily put 2 guass and 3 large pulses lasers and targetting computer on a Dire Wolf. Fire the large pulse lasers while charging the guass and fire gauss right when the pulses stop. Perfect timing.

Now get out there Clan Dire Snipers and Show Em What For!

Now Sibkin Do not Forget To bring You Advanced Zoom modules And CLP laser range 5 modules.

To be fair, the 0000, 000b, and 000 variants don't really change much in TT either. Hell, the 001 is the first non C&C variant to change its signature AC/20's out, and then only to mount dual Gauss. Available options for the KGC have always been: 010, 001, every other variant because they're all functionally identical.

AC2 ghost heat makes me even more sad with the release of this mech than it ever did when I still ran my CTF-4X.

I do wonder why they saw fit to quirk the mech so much even before it fired a single round in the actual live server...

Maybe they're finally playtesting things on internal servers, to figure out preliminary needs, smoothing out the release for everybody?

I like to think that's what happened anyway...
