Can somebody pls tell to me, what should I expect? I own Hellbringer, Hunchback, Ice Ferret, Mist Lynx and Firestarter. I understand hitbox adjustment for Hellbringer and Lynx. But what is wrong with others (mainly Firestarter)? Which parts are gonna be adjust, or we can expect to be adjusted?

I hope we get a post detailing the hitbox changes at least, since that's not something we can readily check ourselves.

I'm also anxious to learn the new clanner quirks.

Have no problem with the quirk changes. Just want to return the Dragon mastery pack and the hunchback 4G!!!

Regarding the Gargoyle, this may be an attempt to account for lore descriptions. I recall it being described as very tall. I don't know about King Crab.

While the AC20 on the arrow is meh, I have been running an AC10 with 5 MG's and a couple lasers and have been tearing it up.

Also The BJ-1X "Wubjack" has been scoring me some great matches as a light-hunter/harrasser

And the BJ-1DC I have been running dual AC5's. It runs as slow as a heavy, but I have been putting out 700+dmg matches consistantly.

So in conclusion, I was honestly expecting nerfs to the BJ's quirks. I welcome no changes :-P


P.S. I am happy to the the KGB early, but sad I am working long shifts for the next 5 days >.<

Wow. You guys didn't totally destroy the Dragon-5N like I thought you would when proposed. With the changes you can still run and be viable with the 3x AC2 or run the UAC5(don't know why you would but you can). Good work!

I for one downvote the DRG-5N changes. Its one of my oldest mechs (bought in closed beta) and I've been running the triple ac2 literally untouched since then. About 200 matches and KDR 1,5ish. Now the quircks suddenly downgrade it and suggest I put UAC5 in to get maximum performance. I am so disappoint, that not even the king crab that comes to my comfort can make this up. :(

they are already busy in quirking it to the most OP light, no space for that.

-30% heat gen of MPL on firestarter with 6 energy, and my Jenner K gets a heat nerf? Why all this firestarters love?
So now they have the best MLAS quirks, the best SPL quirks and the best MPL quirks among 35 tonners.
6 MPL is a medium/heavy mount, but it goes 142km/h(likely to run XL280) and will be as cool. I have no words. <_<

Once again someone touches spider hitboxes=(. Any way no one uses spiders since firestarters have arrived. Though I still love them.

My only issue is, I'm afraid you guys have gone and ditched trying to put in weapon splitting, which keeps the King Crab's ability to have full arms w/ AC/20s. Man, not having arm yaw on the King Crab is gonna suck.

The fact that a Firestarter can tank like ~600 damage (a little exaggerated but it took 3 heavies and 2 DWFs 15 seconds once to kill me while i was shut down) because it gets applied to weird locations or does not register at all. It should die about as fast as all the other lights. (And I have them all, even bought the FS9 Mastery Pack and say it is broken beyond good and evil)
