I changed my graphics settings from DX9 to DX11 and it fixed my memory allocation error every 30 seconds problem.

I also am getting the same error, I just was loading into a CW match on verthandi, the sulpher map, on defense.. I landed and the game crashed out, two small pop up windows appeared saying, Cry Engine error : "Memory allocation for 32 bytes failed" and the same thing again right on top of it.. x out of the windows, and THEN MechWarrior online crashes.
So far ive tried turning off nvida surround, (I run on 3 monitors) and its worked fine till today. (I WAS able to run CW last night) , turned off "Display fusion" which manages my 3 screens.. and I just finished the MWO repair tool.

System specs: Amd 8350 (8core) 16gb ddr2133 ram ,GeForce 680 2gb version (evga Signature+ OC edition), Asus mobo.
