I have had the best luck by only waiting 5 mins for a game if it doesn't start i leave and go to the next planet... usually about the 3rd try i get into a game. When I waited more than 5 minutes i haven't gotten into games so you may as well cut your losses and try another planet.

CW queuing should work like this.

1st option..player would just fill two checkboxes if he want play as attacker, defender (or both)..and matchmaker will just put this player into pool and will try make as many games as possible...this alone would cut several minutes from wait time we have now..

2nd option, player will choose planet he wants attack or defend..like we have now..

so question is..why we don't have this already?

After waiting a combined 40 mins without ever dropping, I've concluded that there is no attack in Turtle Bay. It's just propaganda.

I wish I could like a comment multiple times. This sums up how I feel about all the pop-ups.

Mentioned it in another thread but I'll mention it here. Instant Action button, it would solve a lot of issues. Have it set up to find those matches that need a few more people to drop. Of course with that implemented if you wanted to attack or defend a certain world the wait time would also decrease because people are clicking that button (ideally!)

I've dropped twice since CW launched. Over 31 attempts and counting. All over 30min waits before I give up. Record so far is 1hr 38min wait before I gave up.

no wonder about the wait times if everybody is still on public :ph34r:

in last 2 hours had 1 drops against no enemy......if it continues this way I'll be happy if I can complete Tier 1 challenge.....

You guys need to differentiate if you play for IS or Clan.

I think there are A LOT more IS players than clan. Thus resultning in these crazy waiting time for IS players.

Anyway im IS waiting time 30+ min before i quit the que.

I would change to clan if it didnt cost me 200k.

PGI dosent have the skill or talent to make this system work 100% so dosent matter when they release it. Community Warfare was suppose to be released Over a Year ago. This was delayed over a hour just to be released now and it still dosent work. PGI could have waited another year and it will still never work.

Here is my experience with CW so far. Clicked a planet that was asking for defenders. Waited 10 minutes. Nothing happened. Cancelled it. Clicked another planet that was asking for defenders. Waited 10 minutes. Nothing happened. Cancelled it. Got bored. Went to play Shadow of Mordor instead.

I hope this improves next time I try because I don't have as much free time for gaming as I'd like so wasting that much time is not an option.

This is nuts. I can see three explanations:

1. There is no CW. It's a gag that a subset of the players are in on to punk the rest of us.
2. PGI are huge Kafka fans.
3. There is an unfavorable exchange rate on Canadian minutes versus time elsewhere.

Clan affiliation here, I can attest that the wait times are the same on this side of the fence. Been able to play three total matches in 24 hours. I have been giving up and logging out in frustration after 30 minutes, it's just not a working system at this point.

I think the challenge should change the formula to the following:
Get a Match Score of 80 or above in Invasion mode OR wait in queue for 20 minutes to earn a point.

Let's see... I spent a combined hour waiting for my first match and am sitting at 40 minutes trying to get into a second. I wanted to play some MW this weekend but the wait times are going to force me to go play something else.
