It looks like WOL negotiated a ceasefire with BWC/Marik... So 4TCR has spoken with BWC and is going to honor this agreement, as it is important for Marik and Liao to push back the Fedrat scum. HGLK has been notified but at this stage the have not acknowledged it. All other Liao units please sound off on this.

At this time 4TCR will not be attacking Scarborough as that is held by BWC/Marik. Our focus is defending New Sagan from Davion and taking Ikast. So far Marik has honored the agreement and is leaving Liao space alone.

I will further confirm our commitment to the ceasefire with our CO when he returns from R&R, for the time being our commanding officers have agreed.

Nice to see canon in action right?

Lord Ikka, I think it may be worthwhile to explore this diplomacy as well... The Fedrats need to be knocked down a peg, and well.. the Clans are kinda here.

***Incoming Transmission from SoloCorp Media Inc***

Welcome to yet another installment of news and relations between the Capellan Confederation and the Free Worlds League.

Broadcast under license to Kallon Industries Media Division

The fall of Pella II

Capellan forces strategically withdrew to more defensible positions in response to repeated and unprovoked attacks by the Black Widows Veteran Mercenary Company in the employ of the FWLM. Following intense negotiations, the Ministry of the Military released a statement confirming a ceasefire agreement with the BWC. In a show of strength, attacks against the FWL planet of Fronde were halted.

Alliance with FWL in the works?

Signs that a truce has been negotiated with the influential Black Widows has led to believe that the reported truce may be the beginnings of a broader alliance in the spirit of the Kapteyn Accords. Negotiations with the 4th Regulon Hussars are very promising. Neither reported hotspots of Fronde or Scarborough are experiencing much military activity at the moment.

WoL will not initiate any more aggressions towards our FLWM brothers so as to push back the aggressive Davion forces.

It is the hope that Steiner forces will heed this as a call against Davion aggressors and help push them back.

Feel free to let the HK council know. Right now we have no common border with Liao/Marik, so no worries about pug/independent attacks. We're attempting a ceasefire with FRR because our nations have bigger worries (FedCom, Clan) and we are going to do our best to take on the Steiner-Davion hordes. Having your nations attacking them as well is beneficial.

So no battle at the Marik border? Nice. How about concentrating on the coreward Davion worlds?

As stated before, 4TCR will abide by this ceasefire. I would also advise people to do their best to ensure that any fellow Liao loyalists hear of this.

Hegemony of Man (HEGM) will respect cease-fire order.

Our forces are small so primary focus is currently on defending Liao systems.

While we have gotten word out to most units about the current CF, it appears some Dropships did not get the recall orders and a few attacks went through on Fronde. Our forces have pulled back apologies for any damage occurred.

If nothing is done to fix the overpopulation problem in a month, I propose we just let Davion have all they want and just slug it out with Merick just to have the experience of CW as it is intended.

Never understood why/how some of the battles on the FWL/CC border were happening earlier. Posting this on the HLGK message board.

Gatekeepers Battalion is happy to respect the ceasefire, especially if Marik respects it.

In any case we have a preferred enemy - House Davion. It so happens we share this enemy with a few other factions.
