Of course wolves are the best animal to represent MWO. They represent the predator spirit and remorseless killer needed to pilot tons of war machine locked in mortal combat. Wolves also operate in packs representing the discipline of the hunter and the esprit de corps necessary in a field unit.

Only apes, lions and dolphins can compete with the wolves (no silly jade turkeys here...). A pack of silly apes is too much Starship Trooper, not enough MWO.

Similarly, lions (and tigers and bears, lol) seem to be a little too Wizard of Oz (And your little dog, too!).
And, dolphins. Well, Sequest anyone?

Which goes to prove foxes as being superior in ever way.

An argument could be made that a fox would be a strong representative of either A: scouts in MWO (me) or B: 'loners' in MWO that actually have some level of intelligence and skill (egotistical people and random skilled newbies to mechwarrior who will undoubtedly appear)

I see how you disguised pony as equestrian to camouflage it from the pony haters/lovers.

I'm for the Cat. Because the game has Cats.

Please write this 1000 times on the whiteboard:

"I will not start another thread with the same topic as an existent thread."

Threads have been merged. The later poll was kept as it has all the options from the original and then some. The votes from the previous poll have been added to the votes of the current poll - this will lead to a bit of double-counting, but not much since the original options had few votes in the later poll. Unfortunately the system doesn't show who voted for what or double counting could have been eliminated.

The title is that of the original because the later one was offensive to the original poll, and wouldn't make sense without an original one.

If both poll starters agree, the poll can be zeroed to cleanslate it, but I'd rather not be the one to make that decision for you.

Restarting the poll may be a good idea as long as most people are happy with the choices to choose from. I don't want to add any animal that won't be getting more than 1 vote.

You've ended the segregation!

The internet is now a happier place.

Fools! MW:O is a whale obviously! It's large and bloated, has been endangered for a long time and only kept alive by the dedicated men and women who spend their time, raise money and risk their lives to protect and save them! HELLO!? MechWarrior is a bloody Blue Whale! However, thanks to all of you, it continues to survive and only with our most diligent efforts will it stay that way and maybe one day it will be able to fend for itself amongst the barrage of other mechas. One day.
