The last time some one used "Tactics" on us, they attacked at Omega gate, and sent a light lance to Alpha....right into 3 streak Crows.

I hate it when people give themselves titles in video games, ESPECIALLY when they use "god" or "lord", it always make me want to ignore everyone else, and focus on hunting them down, and show everyone that they don't deserve that tittle! it was real when i took it (many months ago)

As people get fed up with being curbstomped, they'll just flee to the PUG queue to play for an hour or two a day before quitting to play a different game altogether. There goes the majority of your footsoldiers. If people think queue times are bad now, they have no idea.

Anyone saying that it's just a matter of getting on comms or being organized is severely underestimating the opponents that we're talking about here. While I may find most of them to be rather deplorable examples of human beings, shamelessly representing the worst stereotypes of our chosen hobby, there's no denying the fact that they pertain to a completely different class of players. People do not get egos that inflated by being mediocre. They are damn good and they know that you are not.

Bottom line, if players are already just downing tools instead of fighting these überunits after less than a week of play . . . well, that really cannot be good.

FYI, i have heard this preached since i STARTED playing....2 years.

WE are still here....the queues are the same.....go Nay say somewhere else. Its all DOOM AND GLOOM BECAUSE THE LARGE GROUPS ARE COMING DOWN FROM THE HILLSIDE!

People who talk about 'tactics' invariably perform the worst out of the teams we fight. They become more concerned about fancy 'maneuvers' rather than the basic fundamentals that are actually causing them to get stomped.

You realize most people don't enjoy the lack of Matchmaking.


PUGstomping is boring, to be quite honest. But that's because there isn't any Elo balancing in CW.
You know that, and should avoid PUGing in CW if you want to avoid a bad time.

This is more true than most people want to admit about this "thinking man's shooter" - tactical knowledge is good and all but in the end it's deathmatch between 24 players, however you call it. And skills like aiming and positioning are what you need, not something like surprise flanking maneuvers from E3 to E5 to spectator mode.
