My pick is the Dragonfire

The IS needs more good mechs.

Dear, PGI, the only mech I ask you to include in this game is the Wasp.
Well, since the two classics I'm most concerned with have already been mentioned, I'll throw the Mongoose out there:
The Shinypants take on it would make for a great translation into MWO art styles.

This should totally be a thing.

The only big nostalgia 'mech I have left is the LOLlander, but as as much as I want it (for the aesthetic), I can't say it's my #1 pick to be added.
Looking at all the 'mechs I'd like added, for various reasons, the largest concentration is the IS 75 ton Heavy bracket, with 10 desirable 'mechs. Narrowing it down to just 'mechs that would (probably) be good, leaves me with 3. Dragon Fire, Falconer, Toyama.
Honestly? I don't care enough to choose one. Be it burn out, or lack of balance, or already having my most desired chassis, I'm not that fussed.
But if I absolutely had to choose a single 'mech to be added? It would be the Raptor. Adds a gunboat to the IS Light repertoire and, more importantly, IS OmniMechs. Do I think PGI *could* do them justice? Yes. Do I think they *would*? Not at all.
So, Raptor, I guess, mainly because it introduces IS OmniMechs, which would hopefully force a proper look at both equipment & OmniMech/BattleMech balance.

This is a game I can not play, as all I want are Clan tech refits of IS mechs. (Not the IICs, but the Cs.)

I don't. And if you think about it, you shouldn't too.
Making Clan weapons available to IS mechs would result in two possible conclusions:
- IS weapons become obsolete.
- Clan weapons are nerfed to IS level, meaning they will still be lighter and smaller (so stocks builds are not broken), but they will need to have the damage/range severely reduced and/or the heat severely increased.
Seriously? I just found that some members made this open letter about balance to PGI. While I agree with a lot of the suggestions, I think balance is in the very end of MWO's issues.

I support the addition of additional Gundams to MWO.

Interestingly the Stoopid Hawk actually has one variant with Protomech ACs equipped (not listed above), one of the few mechs that even uses that weapon family. Would be a great opportunity to add them to the game, hint hint nudge nudge...

Clan weapons may not as OP as you think. (...and the Cs were used by the Clans anyways so...)

Personally, I'd take cERPPC's over all other IS PPC's....

There's a canon Nightstar that was refitted with Clan weapons.
Maybe that would make the Nightstar not awful?
