I could be just delusional, but those antenae only match those of the Highalnder and the fallen mech in question is too small and too round to be Highlander, so... yeah + the unit in question couldn't possibly have a Highalnder laying around.
Urbanmech WILL be the next assault mech announced and WILL become the new meta.
The "Urbanmechwarrior online" QQ threads will be loud and long

If you mean the destroyed unit to the Atlas' left (to the right side of the picture), it could be the torso section of a destroyed Cicada as viewed from its 8:00 position (that is, with the back toward the viewer such that the twin antennae are pointed at the picture and to the right).

Could be, but I doubt it. Not only it is a position that would be very hard to achieve by a falling Cicada, since it can't have it's torso stick out and it's antenae would have to allign perfectly, it is also hard to believe the artist would go into such mind-blowing detail...
VICTORYYYYY!!!.... I mean VICTOR!

AC/20 in the right arm, MG in the RL (RT in MW:O), MG in the LT (RT in MW:O) + some other weaponry... no comment really needed.
Not quite an Annihilator, but close enough.

Where are you seeing the MG ports? This looks like the 9K variant.

Victor is mostly a mech with alike variants and the variant I'm speaking of is one of the few interesting.
... and the pictured one is 9D, since 9K has SSRM 4.

It is the 9D, but because of the Gauss Rifle.

It is the 9D, but because of the Gauss Rifle.

- VTR-9D - An upgrade using Star League technology, the 9D replaces the Autocannon/20 with a Gauss Rifle which can do serious damage at much greater ranges. The 'Mech also carries two Medium Pulse Lasers and a SRM-4 launcher for close combat. In order to make these changes possible, the 9D is built on an Endo Steel chassis. With the weight saved the 'Mech also carries an additional ton of armor[7]. BV (1.0) = 1,634, BV (2.0) = 1,717[7]
- VTR-9K - Identical to the VTR-9D upgrade for all intents and purposes; only difference is that the components are sourced from different manufacturers[7].
