doesn't matter if you didn't get the mail. you should be able to use the same code.

why PGI can't just inject this into every available account is beyond me though. or at least setup a code to give it to players who played a certain number of matches. *rollseyes*

Still no email and code still does not work.

Maybe they only sent it to people who bought expensive wave ii or resistance pre-order mech packs. I have only recently bought MC.

I get normal emails from them and nothing is in my spam folder.

I didn't get the email, but my code worked. Its to late now so unless you ask support really nicely you probably missed out.

I tried it yesterday so many times that it locked me out from trying it anymore. Always states "There was an error with your redeem code."

I sent an email to support@mwomercs.com

Did all of you whom it worked for buy pre-order packs and/or spend hundreds of dollars on the game recently or something? lol

I could really use the time to grind the hero mech I just bought, need modules for it too. But I spend as much on MWO as any normal video game, so I am not sure if that was not enough to qualify.

nope, didn't do anything like that. i got it in my mail but chose to hold off redeeming it till the last few hours and the error problem came up. you're not alone so just send support a ticket (which you've done) and be patient for them to reply next week when they're back in the office.

Liked the order they will handle this, just wonder if we get an ingame update or something on forum saying we got our week premium time
