Most PGI can do is Map Vote, like we had Mode vote (for a whopping 24 hours or so). This way map selection can be biased without incurring the issues that make Map Select/Veto a bad bad BAD idea.

It's been brought up in every one of these threads. I've brought it up several times myself. It seems like the only ones who ignore that suggestion are the ones who only want their idea of fun employed regardless of how it would negatively impact the entire game and community.

Map exclusion is the way to go. Each player should be able to 'exclude' one or two maps; match gets made, map with most 'votes' (or maybe top two votegetters) are out of the random pool for that drop.

Well thankfully pgi doesn't agree and many in this thread don't either
