Technically, you could do it through Karma Koin.. as long as its an online vender (they have the codes) and you're not out of Canada/US.

*sigh* I bought MCs this morning, but because i'm european and didn't expect this one coming (boxing day doesn't exist in Austria) and you didn't announce this earlier, so no extra MC for me. Lucky me...

Edit: tuned down rant, not their fault in the end of the day, although announcing or starting this earlier would have helped to avoid some frustration
