just make more omnipods available.

As a frequent MLX and ICF pilot I would like this or the original idea of making endo and ferro options.

Actually I would like very VERY much to be able to put endo and ferro on my clan mechs that don't have it. I guess this is the only actual "petition" I would put out to PGI at the moment. (mostly happy with the game as is)

I've never played TT only older MW PC games so I'm not sure if such a request is absurd or not.

Really a more ideal solution would be to make jumpjets not almost totally useless.

I agree, but the Choice should be there for the MLX(+3Tons) NVA(+2.5Tons) SMN(+5Tons) EXE(+8Tons),
all these Mechs could benefit not having JJ, even if JJ are made better it opens more options for them,

Or you can wait and buy the next Power Creep Mech Pack, WAVE IV

Featuring the Hunstman, a 50 tonner mounting 5 JJs, a 250XL engine and sporting Ferro Fibrous Armour on top of Endo Steel structure.

Mounting 24 tons of weapons, it's a bargain at 60$!*

*USD, Canadians can expect to pay 90$

Makes the 15.5 (or 19.5 with heatsinks) of the Nova look sad.

One reason why I don't buy Clan Mechs is because I don't like paying full price for half a Mech.

OmniMechs were supposed to be the physical personification of customization. Instead, they're locked down tighter than Alcatraz. After I made the mistake of buying Wave I, I swore I'd never do that again. To this day, most my Mechs are still no Elite'd. They just aren't very fun to play. I'm pretty much a dedicated IS pilot because I can do whatever I want with my IS Mechs. I spend as much or more time tearing my Mechs apart and rebuilding them (I loved Legos as a child) as I do actually dropping in them.

Clans need to be unlocked, not only to make several chassis viable, but also to make them actually fun to play and worth buying.

this was a bad idea in the way it was posted, in 2015, and it's still a bad idea. Whoever necro'd this is bad and should feel bad.

I'm sorry, I need to say the way you've structured this post makes me read it like a poem\lyrics. I found it very distracting to get your point.

I think some Clan 'Mechs could certainly use this, as ironically omnipods seem more limiting than the IS 'Mechs, but I don't know. I think we should wait until Clans get quirks?

I agree that major fixes should be applied after the quirk patch after the skill change. :P
