from what i heard clans are barely getting anything in the form of quirks. (ie the quirks for the hunchback before the full 'quirkening' is better then the half of mechs that are 'quirked' and 'done' for clans)

I do not see any love for clans for the next month or so...

I really do hope the couldron born/ ebon jaguar.... shadowcat... and dasher/ firemoth come soon.
Especially the couldron born.
Clans will be getting love in the form of new configurations for the mechs already in also their requirking will be coming just be patient.

The Urban Mech is a lie, just like the hula girl and the cake.

I enjoy it, but I think Marik pugs are a little better organized. I agree with most of the complaints, but it's beta and they are working quickly on making it better. I have never seen a company pay so much attention to their customers and so quickly address concerns and such.

i have just watched a sneak peak preview on Reddit about the new variants,...
i see no reason whatsoever as to buy any of them with real money.
kinda dissapointed..
the mad dog dual gauss was something i really was looking forward to. you now have to shave off 76points of armour, degrading it to super squishy and then it only has like 4tons of gauss ammo,..
a warhawk variant with a Flamer? i like the sense of humor here, i do,.. but i'll not spent cash on it.
A few jump jets for a Direwhale? why? jump over a pebbel? i don't plan to try and poptart with a whale :-)

have cash burning in the pocket and no reason to spend it,... sad,.. very sad,..

no Clan hero variants, no ECM assault,.. no fast usefull light,..
why spent money on non-quirked, bad loved Clan mechs like Summoner, nova,.. extra variant? I hardly use em , even though i like the summoner for its handling smoothness,
the gargoyle is as bad as it can get with all its arm mounted weapons and it continues in the variants,..

if anyone has a deeper insight on why the variants would be worth it, do share.

Well, the flamer in the Warhawk is not fixed, so that CT energy mount is actually a pretty good thing for that particular chassis. It will make it the de facto best CT for Warhawks, just like the TBR-C and a few others.

Honestly though, they are pretty lackluster and I just hope that, by the time they are available for MC/cbills, we will finally have our quirk pass and some of the lesser chassis will be good finally. Only then will people start seeing something other than TBR/SCR, sadly
