You can tell if you look closely here

You can clearly see the aesthetic touches of the mechs we have in-game. Antennas, AMS (top right), Gear racks (top right)

Should be easy to acquire too. 1.5mil for the base model and the other variants shouldn't be too much more.

All I remember is the fact that Urbies were the easiest mech to head-shot, back in MW2: Mercenaries. Easiest salvage ever.

I hope they put it on treads, because there is no way they will be able to get the leg animation even remotely accurate.
They didn't even get the Direwolf right and it has a fixed engine.

This assumes it's out for C Bills when released. Somehow I don't think that's going to be a thing.

I can't wait any longer...... I have saved all my chore money from doing grandma's dishes. I'm about 64 dollars shy of $500 so I can buy a gold Urbie when PGI releases it.

I played a lot of TT back in the 80's, but... the Urbie fascination completely eludes me. I even tend towards playing mechs that are 'underappreciated' a lot, and I still don't get it.

Meh, it will be a trashcan people take out once in a while for the lolz. Seriously...too slow...trashcan shape, light mech armor.

Not necessarily. There are occasions, such as defending the Omega, where you don't need to get around very fast. If they give the AC10 strong quirks. It could be viable as a last ditch defender.

SHUN THE NONBELIEVERS.

Bow before your Urbanmech overlords. Fear the AC/10. Cower from the small laser. Your day of reckoning will soon come.

We're just going to enjoy the super-small-engined AC/20 obliteration that should occur.

30 ton quirked AC/20 turrets can make that gate rush an exercise in suffering. Or heck, classic AC/10.

And yes, that's definitely an Urbie in the background. Easily compared to the Christmas preview.

The day the Urbie arrives is the day I take a break from Elite Dangerous and return to this game.
