Let's see...

40.40%▐ SRM 2 (used exclusively on my Locust 3S)
41.33%▐ SRM 4 (I don't remember ever using SRM 4s... )
41.17%▐ SRM 6 (I use this on my Griffin and Jager A. Most used.)
63.47%▐ Streak 2 (I don't remember ever using these either)
I don't use Artemis, but for them, SRM4+A is 29.78 and SRM6+A is 47.29. Must be from trial mechs.

Sadly, my numbers are listed below. I typically play a brawler that is up in your face, so these numbers make little sense to me.
SRM 6 47.65% SRM 4 + ARTEMIS 56.01% SRM 6 + ARTEMIS 41.38% SRM 4
41.14%

I thought I posted in here but guess not.
Here are mine:
SRM4: 54%
SRM2: 54%
SRM6: 50%

SRM4+A: 43%(odd)
SRN6+A: 56%

CSRM4: 57%
CSRM6: 51%
