If the top speed stays below 130, this thing will need quirks that make the TDR 9S cry in shame to make it viable (well, atleast considerable). Like 100% quirks.
They might aswell just sell Urbanmech skins you can slap on already existing lights, because after being buffed to viablity, there won't be much "urbanmech" left in this mech besides the skin.
I expect the urbie to be an escort for Assault mechs, also expecting some heavy ballistic quirks for the walking turret.
