The Direwolf B, with DWF-B would be nice.

Holy ammo batman.. jesus. 16 tons of ammo?? if you hit with all of that it would be 2400 damage just on AC fire. I assume thats a CW build?

Ive been using this in assault/skirmish/conquest queue and im loving it (plus it looks awesome lol). Not been running out of ammo... and its still pretty hot (though manageable).

Yeah, but it's an old gun, and I'm not a very good shot. ;)

In all seriousnes it's a flaying mech.
I don't alpha, it's perm chainfire (at most, 2x3, but usually 1x6) and it just bleeds ammo downrange.
The fire rate of this thing is insane, even without the cooldown module.

It works great for suppression too, able to coat a hillside in lead making people hide.

If you were more... controlled? discerning? with your shots, you won'dnt need as much, but that's not the point here.

Want some more sting? How about the fact that everyone that has a Timberwolf already purchased the 2 missile hard point torso omni pods. Then Inner Sphere players complained and they took them away and forced us to use the hard locked jump jet pods instead. And now they are trying to sell us back those same omni pods on the Timberwolf D., albeit without the extra energy and ballistic hard point.

SOLD!

I played 5 matches in my new old 24ASRM6 with 4ML with maxed armor and kicked some teeth in just like the old days....averaging 3 kills and 500-600 dmg per match.....let the cries of NERF begin again.

They can have their TDR.....the clan OP brawler is back

IS players wanted the Timberwolf's JJs gone, and now they got what they wanted, Side torsos with no JJs. And that means they now get to learn why Locking the JJs on the timberwolf was a nerf not a buff.

Timberwolf gets an extra 4 tons to play with because of the new omnipods.

Yes you can. I run it now on my TBR-Prime. 4x ASRM6's, 4xERML & 4 tons of SRM's. Runs just fine, if a bit hot. When those -D torso's hit for c-bills, I'll be adding more DHS in place of the JJ's.

yes, you are correct. I might have been thinking about my UAC20 24ASRM6 build ....

However I don't find 4 tons of SRM ammo sufficient...especially not in CW

and assuming you don't go below 6 double heat sinks (I wouldn't) the D torsos allow a targeting computer as well as extra ammo for the srms.

I wouldn't take that build into CW anyway. It's a brawl build and CW has no place for brawlers. I suppose you could put streaks on it for the lights, but the SCR does that better anyway.

I disagree...there is always room for brawlers
