After i noticed it wasn't tracking the games any more, i asked in game.
All who replied it should be up till later tonight.
Seems everyone was under the impression it ended at 12PST.

Because that formula was also changed with additional points for narc/tag and spotting... they did it to force people to help in the battle instead of sitting back and cherry picking at the end of a game. All they did was drop the spot/tag/narc points from the formula, it's all coded and probably too much effort (server side adjustment) to change on a whim, considering they need to monitor the game, pull out the information, score it, then put it up on an individual server to be pulled up by the web browser for each individual.
I know how it feels... if I wasn't in CW I was in my Oxide... most of my games came down to 2 kills, 4-5 assist then praying I did 450+ damage to ensure the 130pt (and most matches ended up with King Crab I hunted just one shooting my CT from any angle). But then I avoid pug solo queue because of the stupid ELO brackets for all my weight classes and the MM.

Absolute nonsense. The formula is different almost every time, so it should be an absolutely trivial matter to set up a different formula for a tournament event. If it isn't, then they've done a poor job of designing their system. Heck, for actual leaderboard events, the point values were always reversed. 20 points for kills and 10 points for assists.

I think the easy fix, would be to award 15 points for 'solo kill' and maybe an extra 5 points for 'Most damage done' in addition to the original formula.
Then, there would be more incentive to kill, and really lay into people. While not overly encouraging someone to sit back and kill-snipe people.
