Still... At this point I would be game with sweeping changes I would not have before. I took big groups at their word. I hate playing uneven matches, wanted to think others would look for the same. Events have proven me wrong so protections for the community need to be in place.

This my dear readers, is the definition of a pseudo intellectual.
Still the sad little angry man with nothing but insults, for what 3 years now?
So what has me not wearing a unit tag have to do with anything apart from activating your anger and trolling?

This isn't the pubbie queue. Your opponents are whoever's on-world. If you're PUGing on a Kurita world that's being hit by Clan forces?
Leave it. Kurita's organized efforts are aimed at Davion, and the all-factions PUGgy trough is there simply for the Clan forces to fatten up their resources killing without cease and with ease. Attack a Davion world or fight in the public queue instead.

Because it proves you haven't the slightest idea what you're talking about when it comes to CW.
DERP!

Did you really say DERP?
Look boy if you want to get into a pissing competition with me you got to learn not to squat when you take a pee.

CW proved one thing very clearly.
Most the big groups absolutely do NOT, and have NEVER, wanted good competitive games. Some teams do; most are mid sized and house units. They play all comers and work to get good matches.
A number of big groups though have actually worked to make sure they don't play other competitive teams near their own size. In fact the preference seems to be teaming up against IS pugs on the Clan border. Literally they have gravitated to an environment that most closely simulates playing in a 12man against pugs in trial mechs.
I've argued often that such wasn't the case but now that all the cards are on the table....
Yeah. A lot of groups work to avoid playing anyone close to their own skill and seek out the easiest matches they can.
Maybe we do need split queues and Elo in cw. I dunno. I am way more open to those ideas than I was.
Every time I mentioned "the people no one wants to play with" in the past 18 months, I was referring to those guys. It's nice to know the so-called "Premade Boogeyman" of old wasn't a boogeyman at all.

So you either wait for cw to die or you find means to disincent that behavior.
Yeah, so if they were farming money they would be in the public queue
.....just saying

Maybe a Unit Block List? When you drop, you're guaranteed to never drop against the Units on your list.

In answer to your honest Question, how many people do you think have more than one account?

You don't make 800k+ in 20 minutes in group queue. Not consistently. Playing group against is pugs on clan border is 100% wins. No Elo, no risk.

You don't make 800k in 20 minutes in CW either, maybe 600, and that takes about 45 minutes couting queue times.

Group queue isn't as consistent for wins.

You have waits to get people into group queue too. Not quite the same but close. If you can't farm better in CW than you can in group queue (with Elo and matching) I don't know what to tell you. Even losing I can farm more money more quickly pugging on Clan border than I can in group or pug queue. Even on a loss, 3-8 kills, 1000-2500 damage, almost every match. Winning consistently on top of it just rains money.
