We never knew we could have mercs to begin with. I am a member of the ruling body of CGBI & we never declared any war on Clan Wolf, shadow or otherwise. The only actual GB unit that has had an issue with you guys is GCGB & they made their intentions quite clear after one of the Wolf units attacked a world they were on.

As a member of CGBI I can tell you we did not have a meeting with merc units & give them specific instructions as to who to attack. As you KNOW, the merc system in MWO is not handled as it is in the Battletech lore. They choose who they want to fight for. Also mentioned is the **** Gyrok put all of you in as a leader of an official Wolf unit, with his words & behavior.

Let me be quite clear, we understand this is Beta & things will be reworked but as far as my unit was concerned, we were focused on going southward when we got interrupted with the drama Gyrok started with the merc units who ironically as stated, wanted to actually go Wolf. Do I agree with all of the Wolf units suffering for the mistake of one unit leader? No. But do not try to paint a different picture than the one we ALL see. A Wolf caused your problems. The Clans have ways of dealing with problems. I suggest you all get to it.

I have not put Wolves in any position that was not entirely determined by forces outside of our control.

Now, CGBI warriors have been dropping on our worlds for the last week+, and your leadership has acknowledged their awareness of it as well.

CGBI has no moral high ground in this. Do us a favor and drop the charade. You held peace until it no longer suited you, and you made little effort to help with ending unwarranted hostilities between units flying your banner, and the Wolves. I realize you have zero control, though you could have attempted to try to mediate, or do something that helped your "allies".

As it was, you mostly sat back, and likely laughed at our plight with little sense of attempting to bring the issue to light. Politics did nothing, talks did nothing, the only action we saw were more attacks.

So, the "wounded" act is a bite tiresome.

Personally I'm glad that we have opponents such as -MS- and CI to go against over the past while going against them I have noticed quite a bit of improvement on our team in how we fight them and I'm glad we've been able to give them someone to fight. The Keyboard warriors and rpers on these forums will always be a problem.

I certainly do hope that the attack lanes do get fixed soon as it's certainly getting old now only having two options of attack and neither being innersphere

As an rper I take offense to the general mention of rpers being a problem. I don't think that enjoying a story narration will cause a problem however I acknowledge that there are some bad rpers that take things too far and cause issues.

However I too hope that soon yours and CGBs attack lanes are fixed and we can continue our race Terra-ward because a race is no fun when your opponents get blocked by the track itself.

I didn't mean my post to target anyone specifically so please don't see it as a offense to rpers. The reason I bring it up is there are some bad Rpers we've seen on these forums that has targeted players that quite simply can care less for it I mean the content is not exactly easy to follow let alone enforced in the game in any way. Don't get me wrong lore has it's place in this game for those of us who do want to follow it.

RP-ing itself isn't the problem.

It's being a gigantic RP-ing douche that refuses to stop RP-ing when other players who aren't RPers are trying to legitimately discuss ways to improve overall gameplay that's the problem.

Those are the folks that give RPers a bad rep.

You guys should just talk to the individuals you are mentioning instead of making vague references on the forums. I myself have honestly not even bothered with RP much in the last few weeks. I do not use contractions in my text, though, I honestly do not use contractions out of preference when I speak, or write, in general. While it may be perfectly acceptable in modern society to use them, it simply seems lazy, in my mind, to speak in slang.

maybe down there its dead with no one to play but up here with all the big boys, 228th, remnant, lords,EMP, CWI, QQ, -SA-, NS, and a long list of 12 man coming up to fight us from other IS houses, there's is no shortage of good fights all the time

i very much enjoy the power hours up here back to back 12 mans no waits for games.

the game is just really bad right now, i joined FWL cause they look to be doing good but their is no one on so im being FORCED by the game to fight for the FRR, Steiner and Kurita....like i should care about those factions. To make things even worse, getting stomped by MS is not fun and just makes me want to DC. The game is so boring right now, waiting for 20 mins just to play a game. And their is no Marik's online right now....again! This game it's current state is just horrible, one of the worse beta experiences ever. I just got done having three mechs being spawned camped by the 228, thanks PGI and 228 for the 20,000 c bills i might make from that match.....real fun!(sarcasm)

What do you mean more? When was it misinformation to begin with? YOU pissed off the mercs then went crying to ask back for planets you lost. YOU came into our TS3 server & went apeshit after losing fair fights. YOU keep refusing to acknowledge your **** up.

I never pissed off any mercenaries to begin with, not sure what you are talking about. The relations I have with the only unit I am aware of that was considering Wolf is on a solid and open level at this point, and has been for some time. If they perceived some slight from Wolf, it was certainly not our Galaxy that was slighting them.

I came to you to address a diplomatic issue that YOUR promise to cede back worlds uncontested be honored. My frustration stemmed from my forces having to be tied up longer than necessary to take back worlds that should never have been taken to begin with.

The conversation I had with YOUR leadership about taking back the planets that were taken that keeps getting cited by so many as some reason to lay blame at my feet. When reality stands as the perception is far from what reality truly was.

The charade that Wolf has somehow wounded you with our actions.

You had contact with them, and acknowledged as much, however, there was never an offer to sit down to resolve any disputes or attempt to mediate between those who were confused as to why they have been continually attacked (your Wolf "allies"), and those who were continually attacking supposedly without sanction (MS/CI). You saw what was happening and allowed it to continue without action, despite the issue being discussed on several occasions.

The jabs at me acting as though I have somehow impugned the honor of anyone, or acted in such a manner as to invite retaliation are playing a "wounded" card pretty hard Jaroth. Do not be coy, you were more than aware of the barbs you put into your previous post. I will not stand by while you sit back and lob insults, especially unjustified insults.

Exactly! He thinks because threads got deleted nobody saw them to begin with? There was a guy who even saved the cached pages after the thread was deleted. We all saw what was written.

Jaroth, if you saw what was written in that thread, then you saw 9 pages of bear pictures, and 3-4 relevant posts. One of which was mine where I cited the conversation and what was said, and the circumstances. THAT is what happened. I truly wish I had a PM log for TS.

well one join a unit, two find friends this is a team game, find a team its more fun that way, learn from other plays( do this by joining a team and playing with people because its a team game)

if you don't like any of that leave CW its not for you and wont ever be for you

LOL having won a planet using nothing but trial mechs (and I mean our team entirely), I'm going to have to politely disagree with you here.

As I've long said...teamwork is the only, truly OP thing in this game and there is no paywall or P2W to it.
