Please PGI let us sell the duplicates of the loyalty mechs

Isn't it just the troubles with getting it to work in engine (curse you cryengine and your anti-sidestepping!... and non-flat terrain!) , since none of the unseen quads were from Macross and thus safe from HG's crosshairs? That aside, the timeline available ones seem to lack a third variant that's timeline legal so eh.

Well PGI, I can't sell them, but I've stripped them of all their weapons and equipment. You can reclaim the chassis of the "DUPLICATE" Mechs in my Inventory now

As a player who also recieved 2 coppies of all three i also agree that this is a bit of a poor idea since we will just be having them sit in our mechbays chilling doing nothing please PGI make them liquid so we can atleast get some cbills out of it or hell take them off of our accounts and give us mc value

but on the other side the players who missed out love this im sure

They are "FREE" if you support PGI with cash. Strip them down. AC20's 300,000 each x 4. Heat syncs, Armour. I had already purchased the Wrath pack. This was an added bonus!

Anyone worked out the total C-Bills for selling all of the components. What mechs could you purchase?

Yeah, duplicate mechs! They come with mech bays at least, so it makes no difference that I can't sell them.

It is free and they come with mech bays, so they do not use up any of your free mech bays. As others have said, strip them down and use or sell the equipment.

Ahhhh yes. The old addage, no good deed goes unpunished. I personally have no problem with the duplicates. If you don't want to use them, you can strip off the components. Or if you like and use the mechs for credit grinding, you can swap them off and get right back to it while your smoking wreck is still locked in battle. Same thing with the xp. Or you could just look at their pretty, pretty pictures. I won't be offended by free stuff that I wasn't expecting to get.

Now the question I do have is that for some reason I wasn't awarded all three. I got the crab and the centurian, but not the atlas awarded too me. Glitch, or something in the fine print I wasn't aware of?

Here's an Idea:

When you strip a mech of it's engine, there is an "Invalid" banner across the mech in the Mech Lab.

Would it be too difficult for PGI to create another button on the left labeled "Invalid Mechs"?

That would at the least get them out of sight when sorting on weight class, champion, or hero.

Loyalty awards mechs are fantastic, although it'll be double atlas s and cent ah now, but the gameplay has improved to the point where I was happy to preorder the wrath pack just now instead of random mc purchases. Now I just gotta figure out what to do with the grasshopper. I may be a Davion but when it comes to mechs I'm a Lyran at heart; all assaults all the time. Well, except in CW where I have to bring other classes but that didn't affect me too much. Just can't look at myself in the mirror for a day or 2 after playing CW. 😛

If possible I would love to gift my mechs one some of the guys in my unit. Not all of us can afford to spend like I have to this point (over 600$ the last 3 years). I would easily gift these out to those whom don't have as much.

In contact with support because I was having problems ordering the Urbie, and they noted that I already had Clan Pack 2 - and asked if I wanted I wanted to trade the doubles for other content...

I asked for some clarification, but it sounds like we should not be worried about duplicate (L) mechs if we do not want them.
