They look great, I'de tweak the enforcer cockpit a little though.

I wonder what the panthers engine will sound like - hopefully it purrs :) (Really, something like a cat purr would be awesome).
Also, enforcer should get an lbx spread quirk!

enforcer's right arm came out smaller than i thought it would frm the concept. But all the SS are taken from the left so maybe its a perspective thing

I was thinking more like this...
Thundercats HO!:

Pink Panther would be a bit more appropriate, but only if you painted it pink :)

Enforcer is the ugliest MWO mech to date, I think. Not counting Gargoyle Chinese Kid Invasion geometry. The tiny right arm is an atrocity, the head is a bit too big and the torso / hip area is extremely meh.

Panther looks good though.

A agree that the Enforcer ain't the prettiest, but it ain't terrible IMO. I still hate the Cicada more lol. I also think the Gargoyle is still uglier in the head department.

I know looks are subjective and I agree the Enforcer is a bit ugly, but I suppose I'll just need to embrace the ugly like how Cicada pilots embrace their ugly mech.

Since when is the Cicada ugly!? I've never heard anyone say that before. I think it looks great :(

It looks like a spaceship on chicken legs. Which, by definition, is awesome.

I don't know if anyone else thinks it's ugly, but I think its ugly.

Where you see a spaceship with legs, I see a house with legs. Its baba Yaga's hut (3050 style). Even the inside cockpit view isn't pleasant. Just an awkward mess.

It does look true to the original though.

I would like to see more enforcer's pick.
I feel I'm falling in love with this 50 tonner..... WHO cares if it's not beautiful?
I care that it hasn't those big arms easy to hit, it jumps, it seems xl friendly, it seems to have good hit boxes 'cause it is skinny.

Really can wait my Enforcer!

The Panther has a gigantic noggin. That thing has its own weather system.

The Enforcer's 'face' seems to stick out too much at the bottom. And the LA looks kinda hefty compared to the RA, at least in these shots. But at least the arms look better than the new Centurion RA.

Overall, they look really good, IMHO. Hopefully they play well.

I'm not a huge fan of the overall look of the Enforcer but I do like that it appears (based on historic evidence anyway) to have nice hitboxes. If my comparisons are correct it will be about the height of a Hunchback if not a tiny bit shorter (it's about 25% taller than a Nova I think).

The Panther looks absolutely amazing. The geometry is unique (mmmm round arms instead of boxes, dat head) and if it really is about the size of a Firestarter it will have great hitboxes too. Not as much lag shield, but you should be easily getting in the 120kph range and that will help. Also not the worst hit and run mech with an ERPPC and 2SRM4s - you put a lot of damage down instantly and can turn and run away. You might even be able to sneak in a SPL or SL so at this point even the Jenner D is starting to get jealous.

EDIT: Also the Cent is drooling at that right arm, despite the fact that on the Enforcer it looks a bit too small (especially with regards to its left arm)

New plastic material settings PGI started to use recently coupled with lack of "feel" of the concept art make those two mechs one of the worst looking in MWO. Just my 2 cents.

materials vary from skin to skin, so it probably wont look like that on the MC variants

Heck, I run 720 res with some low settings, so it won't look plastic like for me anyway :)

On a serious note, we have these: http://www.soundboar...rd_audio_sounds

I prefer the African Leopard, Leopard Roar and the first half of a Snow Leopard.

Just a quiestion. Are thouse "unique variants" are like hero mechs? Or it's just about the camo and c-bill bonus? Will there be regular Panther 10k for C-bills later?
