The Star League Council has decided to refocus IS forces to repel the clans.

We have the cooperation of much of the other Great Houses. To that end, we ask all Liao units to stop CW mobilization against other Successor States. Davion is committed to this perhaps more than we are, so trust in their undeserved pride if you cannot trust their alarm.

House Liao should focus on defending the northern Houses against the clans, since we cannot attack directly.

This is important. We do not expect this to fail.

If your Contract is permanent, then this applies to you. If you are on a Temp contract: contract with Stiener, FRR, Kurita to attack the clans.

But seriously. I find no joy in playing against clan mechs. You are not allowed to dictate my fun. If we get the appropriate Davion world to 12 or 13, sure, I'll go to the clans to kill some time, but otherwise no.

We are going to address that situation, but the Clan threat is far more dire.

Also, if you don't want to participate that's fine but don't call us for help if you upset the ceasefire.

Well, even if you all don't agree, the star league appreciates all the help that Liao will be giving.

This one unit won't be an issue. I don't think we've ever seen eye to eye.

There is a small company size force attacking Randar. This is CCAF and / or other tiny units banding together.

Minor skirmishes is permitted for this reason, for instance the FWL was using only one loyalist 12 man against the Davions. We normally throw 2-3 of them. Plus our Mercs have been contracted out to Kurita for a few days now, if you notice kurita has regained the worlds around Luthien. Davions population is high enough to deal with a 12 man here and there. If that becomes a problem they can make there case known to the council.

It should be noted that we understand the situation on Capella.

There will continue to be a hard grudge to dislodge until it is turned back over to the Confederation. I intended to bring this up at the next meeting, but apparently it's going to be an issue.

We've got the medicine, however. If Capella is retaken, or a path carved to do so in the meantime...well, you can't really blame us, can you?

Afterward, it will be much easier to persuade the hardcore Liaoists (such as myself, but I'm also a pragmatist). We absolutely MUST stop the clans.

It's not just Capella.

All three capitol worlds will have to be returned to the fold.

Perhaps though, it is better to turn aside the clan invasion for the nonce. I'd much rather have to worry about FedRats, but if it's clan occupiers it's going to be a bigger issue for us. The advantage is now.

Revenge is best served cold. Just because we're talking doesn't mean we're friends.

Never heard of them...who are they composed of?
Do you speak for them or are you simply a puppet of the Dav-Rats?
