The Dcms High Council Speaks

As an Ambassador appointed by the units that compose the DCMS High Council, I bring word of their decisions regarding recent stirrings of alliances and treaties. The High Council respects the individuals and units that make up the new Star League, but they respectfully decline to join.
At the same time, the council understands that their stance may cause some worry among their long-allied factions who are a part of the Star League. Rest assured, the council confirms it's long-standing ceasefire with the suffering peoples of the Free Rasalhague Republic. They also confirm that the Kapteyn Accords are still in place, though the wormhole experiment of the Free Worlds League will have to be shut down before more rouge mercenary units invade Combine territory.
The High Council would also like to encourage an mercenary unit looking for c-bills and glory to view the Draconis Combine as a welcoming home. The combat units of the DCMS are more than willing to coordinate and communicate with any allied mercenary drop force. Join the fight to free House Kurita's planets from occupying forces and expand our territory at www.house-kurita.enjin.com and join our TS server house-kurita.enjinvoice.com (no password)
The High Council thanks you for your time and wishes all Mechwarriors good hunting and brave battles! Forward the Dragon!

For some reason PGI seems to think you have a lot of CW players, or at least more than Kurita. More than Marik too.
It is endlessly amusing to see Steiner, Davion, and Ghost Bear all complain about low numbers, when they are the factions large enough to not receive any bonuses. At least Steiner has 6 fronts to contend with.

Huh, look to me like we are +2 against Clanners tonight. +1 against Ghost Bear and +1 against Clan Davion.

I'm pretty sure we beat you like 100% of the time, population aside. Davion has the weakest pilots in the Inner Sphere. If you can field a 12man to fight against a single NS 12man, we'd happily take your planet every NA ceasefire but you guys pretty much stop queuing against us after like 2 drops.

edit: To be clear, the MKKMSKP refers to the territory currently occupied by the Federated Suns.
