The Star League Mall - A New Capital Under Construction

Ground was broken three days ago in a modest ceremony, with more emphasis on rapid construction than pomp and circumstance. The new Star League Mall currently consists of embassy buildings arrayed in a courtyard around Unity Hall, the new grand council chambers. A number of out buildings and additional construction are planned, as well, though ground outside of the grand courtyard has not yet been broken. There is also considerable debate on whether or not to include an embassy for the Clans.
Delegates and ambassadors from across the Inner Sphere are being invited to this new capital to begin conducting the business of the new Star League in earnest. Construction is still on-going, and much of the mall is still incomplete, but several residences and administrative spaces have already been constructed, and today the new capital of the Star League has been declared open for business!

We need these, a store dedicated to shippable Marik bacon, lots of dropship parking space (without horrendous parking fees) and a dispensary full of free spicy pepperoni twiggy sticks (which I wont secretly use to load up my dropship and hightail back to FRR space).

That's why I'm not loyalist. Politicians pay the agreed price, I'll carry out the contract. Politicians are then free to spend the rest of their nations' C-Bills on the statues they will have constructed in their honor and spend their time in committees deciding just how large and expensive the statues shall be.
(Feels good to be in character, but congrats on the DL)

Oh yeah traffic is terrible too... but plenty of nice medical facilities nearby.
As long as you try to get some sort of corporate tax exemption, you should be fine.
