Same here... using F to correct leg alignment to upper torso is very strange. It over aligns and at a very strange rate of turn which leaves you fighting yourself.

I am going to make a post in patch feedback if not one already since I like to use F to correct intermittently throughout a match. Hopefully you can add your feedback as well so they restore how it works.

ETA: There is already a running thread in feedback forum about this and people experiencing the same thing. Alexander Garden from PGI responded they are working on it so hopefully it gets a hotfix.

Is it just me or ah those dropships in CW, waaay much louder? Had to turn down my speakers.

These new Quirks destroy many of my Mechs!
I don't understand the changes on BNC, WVR 6K and RVN 2X, CDA 2B, STK 5M.

I loved the Large Pulse Laser but now.. i have 6 unused Large Laser Modules.

The new Raven 2X Quirks are not bad so it is okay for me but its hard to change cause i loved him.
My WVR 6K has all of his Large Lasers in his arm that is bad for long range fights.
So hope there is no hill between you and your enemy.
The CBA-2B has now only 15% Energy Heat Generation on Medium Pulse Laser down from 20%, but why?

The STK 5M change from 10% Laser Range to 10% Laser Duration doesn't makes any sense cause u need the range backup for your SRM6.
But the hardest change for me is the change on the BNC 3M.
I have only Laser slots on this Mech and should drive him with Medium Laser and PPC?
The Champion Version comes with 6 Large Pulse Lasers.
I loved it to drove him with the Large Pulse Lasers..
Yeah we have PPC velocity for all 3 Banshees but wait... there is nothing more for it.

I invest a lot of time on these Mechs they are still playable but not like before.
Please don't understand me wrong, but this is not the right way, changing the complete quirks on these Mechs.

I understand that some of these changes just need some time.
I love this game and i´m sure u will do it right.

Quirks on Mechs I own.

Awesome-8R, buff changed from ERLL to LL.
Back to the old brawler.
Awesome-8T, became more generic & flexible in builds.
Awesome-8V, don't know what changed here, maybe PPC speed.
Awesome-PB, don't know what changed here.

Griffin-1N, lost SRM6 buff, gained PPC buff
Griffin-3M, gained ERPPC buff
Griffin-1S, I forget what it lost
All Griffins look more flexible in builds using quirks.

VOIP

I am leaving my headset unplugged for some initial matches to hear the joyous sounds of allies cursing all kinds of things.
Isn't there an Ignore list already in the Client? Couldn't VOIP be tied to that, anyone on the list gets auto-muted?

I agree. torso and leg centering is sooooooooooooo slow now.
Plus what's with the FPS drop on this patch.I went from 60 fps to 30...

I'm not sure what's going on here but I don't see the enforcer or panther for sale in my mech bay at all... I set the filter to "purchasable" and they're just... not there. I've restarted the game twice, that didn't help.. I even purchased the $80 resistance pack, and none of that has appeared in my account yet (or is that not supposed to happen yet?)... why are the 2 new mechs not showing up for me at all? VOIP is working, etc, so I know the patch applied, but.. am I missing something?

Those changes look like, pretty much mindles twingling to me.
Raven 2x just lost the idea behind it. The one of Large Pulse main sting and Medium Lasers and Missiles for support. It had some minor heat issues, and lacked cooldowns quirks, so it could be tweaked a little bit, but why the complete rework?! Now only viable fits are either 2LL+2ML med to long range, or 4ML+SRM6 skirmisher, which are pretty dumb and common.
New Panther 8Z can do much better with 2LL. And plenty of lights can go great with 4ML.

Raven 4X got pretty much nerfed, like it was OP. Yes, Energy range, and duration are good, but where the hell the energy cooldown did go to?! Now those two lasers have 20% less DPS, and that was the main sorce of it.
Missile cooldown is meaningless, since that SRM6/4 mostly used on Raven is a situational weapon there, and almost never used on cooldown. So can, pretty much, forget about this one. Missile range would be much better.
Ballistic Range is a nice little boost for those machineguns, but it's not going to affect the prefomance that much.

Quirks on locusts wont change anything, and Firestarter which is overshadowing other lights is not even touched.

Sad to say, but as a light mech user, I'm mostly dissapointed with these tweaks.

The only good change for me was that increased ERPPC speed on cicada 3C, it needed that.

Heavy and Assault resistance mechs will be released in March.

We had ONE mech that could engage the Clans at range. ONE.

Now we have none.

You've finally made me regret spending money on this game. I made it though Closed Beta, Open beta, and all of the changes since launch with no real issues. You gimped the HGN's so hard they suck now, and I endured. You gave up on 12 vs 10, but kept the Clan XL's at near indestructible, and I told people to stop whining.

now...my advice to all new players is to not spend a dime on this game. PGI still treats it like it is a beta, and no matter WHAT you spend you money on, they will gimp it in 2-3 months so you HAVE to buy the NEXT bigger/better mech.

Enjoy my cash. It's the last you will see of it.

they are only available threw the reinforcements package you wont be able to buy them individually for a wile.
look for them in your owned mecks.

Won't be purchasable in game for a couple of months.
For now it is the packages or ala-carte, then will be MC only, then CBill.

It can be hard to find packages link, scrolling image on the main page should take you there.
Its like $20 for 3 panthers, +$20 for next package step, $35 for 3 of the others ala-carte (3 x one of the mechs, $15 waste doing Panther this way)

This needs looking at ASAP. Not only is it being forced upon us, some people may even get a performance hit off of it. And, on by default? REALLY? Some people don't go to the forums and read this stuff-imagine the amount of match chat spam "How I turn off voip????!!!!"

Come on guys.....

i agree... the patch before this improved my FPS by 7... but with the VoIP, it dropped by at least 9... so it's OFF by default for me... for now... I'm pretty sure PGI will work on this eventually

Not justified at all, and I wasn't boating it. No one who can build a mech right was, they were running 2 ERPPC and 4 ML...or 3 mpl
