Do you really not get that trying to take a planet from 2 of the largest merc groups in the game is a waste of time?

We were starting to focus on clans, then MS showed up and we wanted to redirect our focus to Davion so we would get some good games (they are a good conglomerate of groups, but not unbeatable). Then we found out CI joined Davion, and they have a ton of people, which was going to make flipping planets impossible. Its as simple as that.

I distinctly remember almost the exact same situation. You know what we did? Stood our ground. "Trade the exact same planets over and over" until they were exhausted, frustrated and then went away.
